[CP] Eresabel / Honorary sabre

Tot nu konden militairen uit het Nederlandse Leger, onderscheiden worden met een Medaille in de Willems Orde en Medailles voor specifieke Oorlogen.
Als aanvulling hierop, heb ik besloten een nieuwe onderscheiding toe te voegen.



De Eresabel is een Militaire onderscheiding voor leden van de Militaire Willems-Orde die zich nogmaals bewezen hebben. Deze onderscheiding kan worden uitgegeven, aan militairen die een uitzonderlijk en langdurige prestatie hebben geleverd voor het Nederlandse Leger.

Met trots mag ik bekend maken, dat de eerste Eresabel zal worden uitgegeven aan Epix.

Epix is voor een lange periode een vaste kracht in het Nederlandse Leger. Hij was direct betrokken bij de oprichting van de huidige eNL Elites en was vanaf oprichting tot enkele dagen terug, de Commander van deze Military Unit. Vanuit daar heeft hij voor een lange periode een coördinerende functie betrokken in het Nederlandse Leger.
Daarnaast is hij de eerste en voorlopig enige Nederlandse God of War en heeft dapper gevochten voor Nederland en haar Allies! Van de schade die hij onze vijanden heeft gemaakt, kan menig militair alleen maar dromen.
Dit alles maakt het dat Epix een unieke prestatie heeft geleverd voor het Nederlandse Leger.

Until now, Soldiers of the Dutch Army, could be decorated with medals in the Willems Order and medals for specific Wars.
As a complement on those, I have decided to add a new award.



The Honorary Sable is a Military Award for members in the Willems Order, who have done great service. This award can only be rewarded to soldiers, who have done a long-term and exceptional performance for the Dutch Army.

With pride I can announce, the first Honorary Sable will be rewarded to Epix.

Epix is for a long time a great member of the Dutch Army. He was directly involved with the foundation of the current eNL Elites and was from the start, the Commander of that Military Unit. In that position, he holded a coordinating role for a long time.
Next to that, he is the first and still only Dutch God of War, and has fought brave for the Netherlands and her Allies! The damage he has done to our enemies, is something most of the soldiers can only dream of.
This makes the prestation of Epix for the Dutch Army, unique.
