Well, it would seem that the Home Guard and the Army cannot sit side-by-side without it causing some heartache for the army, so in the interests of the eUK and its army the Home Guard will be moving under the wings of the army. It was never intended that it should hurt the Army, just that it would provide an alternative... laws of unintended consequences, as ever, apply.
