[ARP]New Party President

Greetings ARPer's,

I logged onto erepublik today to do my usual two clicking which I have been doing as of late because of the recent new release of Rome Total War 2 [Great game btw]. Checked my notifications inbox to see I've been placed as the new party president of the ARP because of the resignation of former Party President Tim_Holtz. After doing some research on whats going on, I would like to point out that I consider tim a close friend of mine so please leave all hateful comments towards him off this article, much appreciated.

Now I've seen many people get put into the current position I am in days before the party president elections on the 15th and do everything they possible can do to damage the Party. I would like to assure all ARP members I have full respect for this great party and would never do such a thing. Even though "Aussies Bloke's" has a nice ring to it as a Party name.. Maybe in the near future who knows. 😛 I would also like to say that I am not running for the party president spot this term.

On that note I would like to also ask any willing candidates for the party president spot put their name forward and candidate themselves. Make articles show that you are active. Any competition is good competition, I know for a fact Nicky6Fingers would agree with me on that statement. So don't be shy candidate yourself on the party page and post your name on the nomination topic on our party forums.

Our aim, in the ARP, is to give new players a real change, not to be simply a number to boost the party but to have a voice, an opinion a say in the destiny of the nation. Something lacking from other parties.

The Australian Revolutionary Party has a lot to offer new players though we know the truth is in fact the opposite. It is the new players that have much to offer us and while each party in eAustralia will claim to offer the same, the new player needs to look with open eyes, select an active political party, one that will welcome the views and opinions of fresh eyes.
