[Appleby] Appraisal of the system/legal serious silliness
Sir Humphrey Appleby
Good afternoon gents o7,
I have been asked by the one of the proposed CP Triumvirates Immanuel Kant to go over our current system, particularly legislative-wise, to ascertain which areas are working as indeed and the others that ought to be concluded. At current I doubt the majority of us are even sure of what our current laws, and by extension, system of government is. This is above all a problem of accountability with individual citizen’s facility to understand and participate in the political process unnecessarily restricted.
Above all, like the mess of our real live legislation, it can be quite an intensely boring part of the game. Largely their ideal function is to serve as agreed compromised deals between the established political groups, results according to the strength and persuasion of their vision on how the country ought to be governed. However, as I’m sure loyal subscribers are well aware, the participation skills of our average congress member has never been historically flattering.
Further – the legal wrangling that some of us are infamous for shouldn’t have to be serious. People tend to forget relatively quickly that this is simply a game, a rather badly designed and maintained one, of which the true strength of our retention is largely each other. We can afford to approve serious silliness as part of our national identity and by extension our ‘operating code’.
Thus, this review will have two main objectives:-
-To establish potential simplifications/streamlining of congressional codes and laws
-To make them slightly more interesting and entertaining
🙂
I am quite happy to take on associates who would be interested in going through the relevant material with me, I expect it’s more than a one man job.
Much obliged!
Appleby

Have fun with that! o7
Still needs more cats...
To sum up, if we bring you golf balls you'll pay us with cat food?
Or am I being too literal?
If only life was that simple...
I was actually expecting a similar article to your last. This is clearly subpar.
This is seriously the worst article I have ever read and is harmful to eUK.

I would argue that it's discussions and arguments in Congress or within parties that make the game interesting - anyone can sit in front of a computer waiting for their energy bar to refill and then pressing a button a few times.
The more that people are involved in arguments/discussions about how and why we do things, in my view, can only improve the activity and participation levels of our citizens.
The problem with discussions and arguments in congress is that it's only congress that is involved to the exclusion of everyone elsle.
Left on its own we get more snd more legislation that is so far from the game that it's unenforceable. No legislation should be enacted without the power to enforce it IN GAME
-To make them slightly more interesting and entertaining
Noice.
Despite being befuddled by the persistent use of 'we' (the triumvirs?), I'll attempt to help you out fam.
As a MoHA i wish to assist
