[42eyes]- Articles aside from eRepWaves that reflect my personal opinion rather than pure jurnalism.
3 article is a scandal, It makes the whole Law invalid as a shield against PTO and CS passes abuse.
Literaly it means MoS have no power at all, PTO parties are free to accept anyone, Geezus and his alike are still free to accept only those who are willing to join their party regardless of what is better for eNihon.
Also the leading party's power is made even greater for leading party will have the last word also when it comes to disposal of passes -> the amont of passes for themselves. Thus gaining more members, more votes, more CM, morepasses, more members... and so on and on.
The 3rd Article was votedagain after original tie in that matter by 7 members with ratio 4:3 in favor.
Rigth now I am willing to start a petition to revoke the 3rd Artcile by following long forgoten Constitution, Article 9.
If you see the 3rd Article as unjust and a possible threat to the State of eNihon comment bellow with words "I will"

Why don't you simply make sistem easy? Every single application put on voting. 10 members of congress + president. And every congresman must know something about the player who want's to come, and to have argument for and against, and vote like reasonable man, not by party influence. Make it simple. 6 votes for or against , and application is procesed. If it's granted, someone confirm it. Why such a big birocracy?
