The EVIL woldy man has deep pockets. With a payoff to the power drunk napier and Accelia I think the name was. Woldy had more than enough votes to reight. All the other votes he bought with his blood money he managed to take back easily by scimming off the top.

With napier on his payroll Woldy had control of the navy even without ruling the country. Anyone who didn't vote for him was beaten and shoved down a brazilian iron mine. They never returned.

Woldy has plans to take all the money, sell everything to some other country then flee with his SPAI army of uh.... Angry, drunken, sword wielding dinosaurs wich he....Oh crap he's on to me.
