The easy way to start in eRepublik

Day 1,470, 03:40 Published in Pakistan Pakistan by TheJakal

So you've been invited presumably by a friend, you've signed on and now are a proud citizen of ePakistan. You check out the World Map and find out that Pakistan is owned by China! You think what the hell.

The way this game works is team-work, patience, consistency and short/long term tactics/strategy.

Since you just joined, I'll focus on the short-term ( first 3 months )

Your objectives for the first three months is to increase your Strength "STR".

You can do this by training everyday consistently at the training center. The more you train, the more rewards you get. i.e. if you train for 5 days in a row you will get 5 str points at the end.

The second thing you need to do is fight, every day as much as possible. Fighting gives you experience, experience gives you a higher level and higher military rank which results in more damage.

So the issue you will face is low health and shortage of food. As I said the game requires consistency and patience. Find a job in a factory, since at this point in time, China owns most of Pakistan work in a Chinese factory every day. The pay out is good and you can use the Chinese currency to buy food and occasionaly weapons.

Alternatively join Pakistan Army and request for food but don't become a needy and dependant. You need to focus on levelling up and contributing to the game. The second way to get food and weapons is to message the guy/girl who invited you to send you food and weapons.

Don't dream about fighting for Pakistan when your new. Your only dream should be to get 1000 STR as quick as possible.

If you can afford to buy gold, buy it as often as you can and use it to for strentgh.

So just to give you an example.

I started the game on July 5th, took 5 - 10 days to understand the game mechanics. Joined the chat that senior players in ePakistan have created at http://tinyurl.com/epkchat and ask for help, ask questions, hang around, talk to other players. I played every day and trained and fought with the remaining health I had but more importantly I worked at the factory and made money which I used to buy food and sometimes weapons.

I than took the decision to buy gold, so I purchased the €99 package got over 300 gold which I used to build up my land, farm land and weapons land. So now I pretty much producing food and weapons and was essentially to an extend dependant on myself.

The point i'm trying to get at is this game is a lot of fun, it tests your diplomatic skills and team work skills. It's concept is based on FarmVille, Mafia Wars that you find on facebook which means its turn based but its the level of team work and interaction with fellow players that makes this more unique.

Pakistan has a small number of players playing which means as an online nation we are weak, we need to invite more players and we need to grow consistently.

Read the article, join the chat, ask questions in comments. ePakistan needs dedicated ePakistani's thats all and over the next couple of months if we all dedicate 30 minutes a day we can turn Pakistan into a powerful nation.
