Hello Fellow Federalists!!

I have read all of your questions and I am going to attempt to answer them all here, in no particular order. It has been an excellent month and even been touted as a “Fed Golden Age.” I am proud to be a part of it and look forward to even more success in the coming months!

Last month we skyrocketed to the number 2 party in the eUS with the diligent efforts of jason_welsh and his R&R Team and Stanley Ibcus & youngHOOD and their Hooligans in the Federalist Outreach Program(FOP). What an excellent accomplishment!

With the sudden departures of both youngHOOD and Stanley, the Hooligans have been underutilized and somewhat adrift. I would move the FOP Hooligans into the R&R Department and have them redouble their efforts in promoting party pride and activity. At the same time recruiting and assimilating new members.

Now is not the time to become complacent in our efforts to grow the Fed! The AMP will not remain dormant and approaching USWP membership is not an unreachable goal if we stay diligent in reaching out to new players and welcoming them into our community. The FOP and R&R Department activities would remain largely untouched. Why mess with something that works?

In addition to those excellent Departments, I would like to revive the Media Department and make a concerted effort to utilize the great writers in the Fed to spread the word about our awesomeness to veteran eRep players that are maybe looking for a new home.

Of course, getting new players into the Fed is only half the battle. Giving them productive jobs is the other half. The Media Department along with R&R could be a wonderful places for newer Feds to contribute right away while settling in and getting to know their way around.

As many of you know, and some may not, the Fed has a long tradition of forgoing personal or party glory for the greater good of the eUS. There are those elements in the eUS who are only interested in doing harm to our nation and those elements must be marginalized and constant vigilance must be exercised in their care. At times like these, I would continue that most noble policy of keeping those destructive elements at bay, via whatever means are at our disposal, even at the expense of some of our most coveted goals.



Easy Company, The Official Federalist Militia, under the leadership of Gnilraps, has seen unprecedented growth in recent months. It has been an invaluable tool to introduce new players to the Feds and should continue to do so. In the wake of this growth along with some ADMIN changes, EZC has become somewhat less organized than is desirable.

This month will be a month of getting back to the basics of communication and community building for EZC. The MU portion of the militia has introduced the position of Captains, which we have not utilized in the past. Since they are here, like it or not, I feel they can be used to promote better regimental communication and healthy competition as well as a basic mentoring program to continue introducing new EZC members to the Feds.



Leadership is an important and invaluable part of directing the Feds to success. There have recently been new restrictions on access to leadership conversations after a small coup by a competing party essentially trying to learn our secrets. Security clearance will be restricted to cabinet members and close advisors.

In my desire to keep the majority of Feds in the loop, I would give a weekly briefing on Fed activities followed by a Q&A for those who have questions.

Congressional elections are always a high time in the Fed and they are much of the reason many of us are in a party to begin with. Angelini and Talio_extremist have been instrumental in assuring maximum success in our most recent elections. And they truly have excelled!

In the last months we have used tools like the pre-congress boards in order to help educate our aspiring congressmen and help them successfully get elected into office. I would like to also use this area to foster debate and discussion on issues that new members may face once they attain their seats.

I believe support for our Congressmen is important. I would make myself available to cheer them on their way on election day. I would also make myself and cabinet members available throughout their terms to discuss ideas and issues that come up in the congressional session.

There has been some talk recently about revamping our forums. Admittedly, I am not very strong on forum administration and would have to defer to my cabinet and the general Fed population for ideas on what they would like to see in their forum home. It’s always nice to have a comfortable place to call home, but mixing it up a little can’t hurt either. 😉
