EDEN emergency summit called to deal with the eBulgaria / eTurkey issue

The eRomania country president *Cloporaur* has called an emergency meeting on EDEN to resolve the issue of continued instability resulting in the seemingly impossible task of forcing eBulgaria and eTurkey to resolve their issues respective issues.

It’s no secret both nations have been fighting proxy wars against eachother and members from either side are publishing articles to try and further destabilise the situation.

As a result, EDEN HQ has issued a statement stating that:

“Turkey is no more trial member of EDEN and they will not renew membership until their conflict with Bulgaria is over. This does not apply to any mpp restriction and cooperation.

Bulgaria's privileges are temporarily suspended - such as voting right, paying fee, summit attendance and representatives in HQ, until further progress in Turkey issue or in Bulgaria itself.”

This is further action taken after a few days earlier EDEN HQ demanded both sides end all hostile action towards eachother.

eEgypt reclaims Sinai

eEgypt has successfully reclaimed a region. However, although they did not reclaim it in time to allow them to have a congress, the country president *Varlosh* has made it clear if reelected a congress will be his number 1 priority.

The region eEgypt has reclaimed is Sinai, a crucial battleground in the war between eCyrpus and eIsrael as it connects eIsrael to the eCyrpus homeland. Some commentators have claimed the eCyrpus has intentionally let eEgypt reclaim the region in order to stem the flow of eIsrali troops.

Battle rages on between eIsrael and eCyrpus

*marcelbe* has released an article saying that the recent declaration of “natural enemy” status with eIsrael was the result of what some have labelled as a “troll” government. In his words, the president has stood down and others have taken on the management and foreign relations of the small, yet powerful island nation.

*marcelbe* is currently attempting negotiations with eIsrael to end the war. These negotiations however has been ramped up considerably once it became clear that eCyprus was starting to lose the war. As it currently stands, eCyrprus has lost at least 2 core regions and several others they held.

The majority if the Iberian Peninsula is still dominated

The majority of the Iberian peninsula still remains dominated by mostly eUSA and eBrazil. While resistance wars continue to spring up, only few have been successful in regaining regions and it’s unclear whether eSpain will be able to hold them for extended periods. During congress elections, eSpain held no regions and thus does not have a congress.

eAlbania defends attack from eSerbia
eSerbia attempted to conquer South Eastern Albania however was unsuccessful. eAlbania with the assistance of their EDEN allies managed to hold onto their territory. eAlbania is currently attempting to reclaim another region under eSerbian control but it looks unlikely they will be successful.

eHungary attempting to reconnect Empire

eHungary which currently has a scattered empire is attempting to regain core regions from eRomania and eCroatia. Both campaigns at this stage look as if they will be unsuccessful. eCroatia also looks set to take another region from eHungary dropping their region count down to two.

eUK still remains largely dominated eCanada & eFrance

The British Isles remain almost entirely occupied. While eUK has managed to reclaim 2 regions, they look set to lose 1 to eIreland shortly.

North Korea & eIndonesia reclaiming lost regions from eChina

eChina is currently facing rebellions from multiple nations - both eIndonesia and eNorth Korea are attempting to reclaim lost regions. eChina has only briefly held a few eIndonesian regions, but while the battles continue, it looks like that eIndonesia will reclaim what they lost. eNorth Korea was almost wiped from the map however is making a small, but noticable comeback.

eIndia successfully wipes eThailand off the map

eIndia’s recent attack on Thailand has been successful and wiped eThailand off the map. While the attack wasn’t launched soon enough to prevent eThailand from having a congress, the lost bonuses on production will greatly affect the eThai economy. Resistance forces are still fighting, however they have had little success so far.

eSouth America remains largely occupied by a few nations

eSouth America while home to a number of nations, who are at the moment wiped from the map. eArgentina and eBrazil the two main players have a lot of the southern continent occupied while eVenezuela to the north has been recently occupied by ePortugal.

It’s no secret the eArgentina has their eyes set on conquering eChile, however with multiple uprisings happening through much of their current terriroty, they are reluctant to start new wars. eArgentian involvement in a training war between eAustralia and eNew Zealand was unsuccessful.

eBolivia attempting to regain lost regions

eBolivia was able to regain control of one region before the latest congressional elections, which has worked in their favour and they are now attempting to reclaim more regions with the assistance of their allies. It’s obvious that eArgentina will not give up these regions without a fight - the battle is a very close one.

eNorth America remains stable

The eNorth American continent remails stable with the eUSA focusing their attention of holding onto their overseas terrirories. eMexico remains entirely occupied by eCroatia with no attempts at resistance.
