M.P.A. - Mediterranean Partnership Agreement

I. PREFACE
The following agreement shall be in force between the Italian and Serbian Governments as of its signing until the 6th of October.

II. CONDITIONS
All signatory Governments agree to the following conditions.

1) Italian regions suddivision.

a) Italian regions Sicily, Calabria, Sardinia, Apulia, Basilicata and Campania will go to Serbia.
b) Italian region Abruzzo will go to Serbia if Serbia doesn't have wood bonus, otherwise it will be Italian.
c) Italian regions Lazio and Molise will go to Italy if Italy doesn't have oil bonus, otherwise they will be Serbian.
d) Italian regions Toscana and Lazio will go to Serbia if Serbia doesn't have saltpeter bonus, otherwise they will be Italian.
e) The other italian regions will remain to Italy.

Statement d) has higher priority than statement c).

2) Serbia will ensure Italy to have congress every month by releasing a region in case that the north of Italy is completely occupied by the enemy (above green marked line in picture http://prntscr.com/4m7sn6 ).

3) Italy will not launch any NE law against Serbia and vice versa, unless this action results from a common agreement for tactical reasons. Italy will also not open any unagreed RW on italian regions that would break this agreement. If RW’s are opened anyway in italian regions, battles will be closely monitored to avoid the loss of serbian control. Italy will help Serbia to keep control over those regions by ignoring the battle if no particular opposition noticed from the enemy, or by fighting directly on Serbia’s side.

4) All taxes gained by Serbia through Italian regions will be send to Banca d'eItalia . Serbia have to pay not later than 6th of October.

5) Both countries can fight in their MPP battles without any limitations.

6) Both countries understand that it is impossible to ensure that all Citizens of their nation meet the terms and conditions of this agreement, but will ensure that their own MU’s are ordered to fight correctly under the terms of this agreement.

7) Both governments will meet on the 7th at which time the NAP can be extended by the expressed agreement of both Serbia and Italy.
