KOSHER STORES MOVEMENT- [OPINION]

In the Faction of Israeli Reform Party, we have been discussing about domestic economy, tax reform, and other solutions.
I would have been glad, if the honorable members were more active. I appreciate the active contradiction more than the passive silence. Yes we have a month, but if our obligation be taken seriously, it is not too much. I think we have to come up with something new, something extraordinary for the next week.
The main question is, how to support the domestic companies?
There was no agreement about tax reform, some says the change is not necessary, some says the opposite of it. My personal opinion, we should check the opportunities of moderate tax reduction. If the state take one step back, it means two step forward for our entrepreneurs. And our hard working citizens are the bases of our economy.
It is not enough. Our economy will be strong if our economical sectors become independent. The solution should not be the punishing custom tariffs.
I belive the solution is in the power of community. And the community can not be controlled by state, congress, government. It depends on us, each citizen of Israel.
If our citizens leave the country to work, to buy food, there is no tax reform which help for our country. So I say it again: Solution is in the power of community.
What do I propose?
We should establish the Kosher Stores Movement.
What does it mean?
It means more responsibility, loyalty and attention from each citizen.
1) The citizens assume to buy in Kosher Stores, even if it is a bit more expensive. (it supports our domestic companies)
2) And our citizens assume to choose domestic jobs as well.
What the Kosher Stores are? Those are domestic companies.
1) The owner of the "Kosher Stores" assume to hire Israeli citizens for acceptable salary.
2) Assume to buy resources from domestic companies, and sell their home made product on acceptable price.
Yes, it is hard to monitor it, I can say we won't do that. It just movement based on trust and honesty.
We are not Communist who say what you have to do, when you enter a market, we are Democrats who belive in individual freedom, responsibility, where the individuals are able to do for the community.
To join or not to join, that is the question.

The salaries in Israel are pretty high taking in consideration the resources we have. So working in the Israeli job market can be great. The problem is that the employers can't have profits with such high salaries (40CC) while the bonuses are low.
How many Israelis produce high quality (Q6-Q7) weapons? I believe that not more than 5. Even if they do, the weapons are usually used by the citizens who produce them. They might use employees but it is not so profitable, but this way they can sell tanks.
The food prices in Israel are just as any other countries most of the time. The waepon prices are a big higher as Israeli players don't produce and sell any.
When I was in Argentina (full bonuses) I offered Israelis to work for Q7 tanks instead of money OR pay for WRM, work and have the whole production. Not many wanted. We can try it again but this means one with companies should move to a country wtih good bonuses (like Romania).
This idea is not new. We always try to encourage citizens to work and buy 'BLUE', which means work for Israelis and buy Israeli products. As many of our people are not walthy it's not easy for them to do so.
nothing new under the sun 🙂 maybe we discoverd the "hole in the tube". BUt it is a good way.
