Foreign policy

Today e-Nigeria makes history and we are all part of this.i dont speak english very well so i'm going to be quick.I want to write some ideas about the next steps of this country.
First of all i believe that we have to aim at friendly relationships with ours neighbors (Brazil , uruguay ,argentina and south africa)
After that mpps with the new countries(cuba , armenia and georgia) will be usefull as a sign of goodwill
Last but not least is to look after to keep a neutral position with the alliances at these early days and the mpps should be with neutral countries so balances are easier to be holded and also we may have all the time for the best choice
