Battle Hero medals for ALL

Back in the late communist days in Romania, the food crisis was quite pronounced. People waited in long lines, from very early hours in the morning, to buy what they needed. If you got late, you could've easily return home without everything you needed. So it was quite common to hear people yelling towards the front of the line: "sell one per person, so there's enough for everyone". No kidding.
But do we have to shout out like that to have a better chance at getting BH medals? Wouldn't this game be a bit (or more) communist to do something like that?
If Plato would limit the number of BH medals you can get on a daily basis, I'm sure the "collectors" would be quite pissed off. But why do people get BH medals? Is the BH counter the most important thing, or the gold involved is a more important factor? I think it's mostly the gold.
So how do we make everyone happy?
I don't have access to any relevant statistics about how much gold these collectors get through medals, so don't take my proposed solutions as definitive, but merely examples. Let's consider the following changes:
1. Maximum 20 BH medals/day, regardless of the division you fought in
Effects:
- The players will try to fight in the biggest divisions, to win the most gold;
- As a result, the players in lower divisions will have a lot more chances to win a BH compared to those in higher divisions, which would become crowded;
- As crowded as the high divisions would be, the limit would still allow others to win BH medals.
Opportunities:
- It encourages less developed players to train seriously because they will actually have better chances to get BH medals;
- Motivated players can become buyers.
Risks:
- Upset the BH collectors, which might stop buying packs;
- More clones to collect BH medals using scripts, then launder the gold.
2. Reducing the risks with new rewards
We all know the Top Fighter medal - you need to be in top 100 damage for 30 days to get one medal. And we all know how there's a top 100 in the weekly challenge, by the first to reach the Prestige Hunter medal each week. Let's combine these for a new medal: Super Hero, with 4 different levels.
Super Hero (Diamond) - Rewar😛
2000 gold
Awarded for being 30 days on the first position at grabbing the maximum BH medals per day.
Super Hero (Gold) - Rewar😛
1500 gold
Awarded for being 30 days on the second position at grabbing the maximum BH medals per day.
Super Hero (Silver) - Rewar😛
1000 gold
Awarded for being 30 days on the third position at grabbing the maximum BH medals per day.
Super Hero (Bronze) - Rewar😛
500 gold
Awarded for being 30 days in top 100 (obviously outside top 3) at grabbing the maximum BH medals per day.
Effects:
- It encourages people to get Super Hero medals;
- It encourages these people to be even more competitive;
- It offers a compensation for not winning more BH medals;
- It generates more gold in the game.
3. Dealing with the gold inflation

How about charming the old man to make more frequent events and discounts where people can spend gold?
I know Plato doesn't give a chicken on most ideas, so I won't overthink this. Do you think something like this could work? What would you change to make this a game feature that doesn't push away the big players while allowing the others to start having more fun?

I was so caught up in my idea, only now I figured out what you meant about our CP. He and others use scripts to get medals, which sucks because even if you we contact them in private to beg... I meant ask nicely for a medal, they're not even there. 😛
But if Plato adds these medals and limitations, we won't have to care about scripts, which would be awesome.

De acord ca trebuie anumite limite. Toate jocurile au limite la orice, indiferent ca-s stats, nivel maxim, total cladiri / loc de constructie, diverse chestii pe care le poti face in 24h. Sa nu cresti la nesfarsit si sa fie totul fair pentru toti jucatorii.
Astea fiind spuse, BH-urile n-ar trebui sa fie garantate pentru nimeni, indiferent ca te-ai apucat de joc ieri sau ai legenda 20. Cand erau toti la gramada si de 10-20 de ori mai multi jucatori, nu era atata drama cu ele, tocmai fiindca nu te asteptai sa iei si cand reuseai se simtea ca o realizare. Iar pe atunci goldeanul era muuult mai valoros. In schimb diviziile ar trebui sa dispara. In momentul in care s-au decis sa introduca MP fiindca anumite tari / aliante n-aveau destui jucatori la anumite divizii, trebuiau de fapt scoase definitiv.
Daca un modul e stricat, il repari pentru toti jucatorii, nu doar pentru cativa dispusi sa plateasca. Nu mai sunt la fel de multi jucatori ca-n 2012 cand au fost introduse. Plus ca intotdeauna a fost o tampenie faptul ca o variabila militara, divizia, e calculata dupa o variabila generala, experienta. Trebuia facuta o formula bazata pe muschi si rang la fel ca la dmg / hit. N-am vazut alt joc care pedepseste jucatorii noi fiindca pur si simplu vor sa joace jocul asa cum e, iar facand asta inevitabil trec in alta divizie. Si nici nu inteleg de ce tin cu dintii de orice chestie din asta stricata, indiferent ca a fost implementata prost de la inceput sau pur si simplu i-a trecut vremea. Se chinuie sa introduca tot felul de mecanici complexe de trebuie sa citesti de 10 latest update sa intelegi ce se intampla si in acelasi timp astfel de chestii sunt ignorate complet.
Le e frică să modifice lucrurile implementate în trecut pentru că-s complexe și nu vor să riște să strice ceva, însă introduc noi elemente complexe, care peste câțiva ani nu vor mai fi atinse din același motiv. 😂
not so good I think, yes new guys will earn more gold, but the problem is howwill fight in next war? most of tanker buy with it EB to real war, or boosters,it's just will make you become to D4, and then can't collect BH at all, and small player are not buyer for long time.
#2. the new rewards - they could be adjusted to what Plato knows would work to maintain some kind of balance.
The point is to encourage more people to fight, by allowing them to get medals. And as I mentioned in #1 "Effects", even when the higher divisions get crowded the daily BH limit would still allow others to earn medals.
