IT'S OVER 9000! What?!
I mean, I've heard of All Quiet on the Western Front (I actually read it in high school), but this image is quite the perplexing mystery, I absolutely must solve it!

In this case, you're probably overthinking.

The small letter remark (9000 D😎 was put there in contrast with the uneventfulness screaming from the huge title. It's a tribute to the eJapanese social atmosfere, prior and after any election.
