[VMA-214] Graze Game!

Hey peeps. We wanted to try restarting our rewards for the best grazers in our IRC graze game. What we'll do is give twenty Q7s to each of the top five overall players, another fifteen to the top two players from every herd who were not in the top five, and five to a random player (as in selected using a random generator) in each herd.
