[CPF] Presidential primaries and other business

Day 2,472, 00:46 Published in Canada Canada by Dozzer_x

Before my article begins, I want to make an important announcement on behalf of my party.

All CPF Congressmen have been explicitly instructed to not accept *any* citizenship request. For the time being, we consider that all immigration is to be halted, the only exceptions being well-known expats, and that only through a vote on both the Immigration Council and the CPF Caucus.

Well, obviously, Funky wouldn't listen, but that does not mean he didn't break the rule. He did break it, and another break of this rule by any CPF Congressman will not make me happy. And with every broken rule there must come punishments.

Now onto the article.

Salutations and greetings.

I'm very proud of the results of the elections, as my party has got 40% of the seats in Congress and 39% of the votes. This is a great result and it proves once again to all our political opponents that the CPF is indeed the party most appreciated by Canadians, with the most active and dedicated community, and with the most competent statesmen. It is, in short, the premier party of Canada.

As we now go on from another Congress election, we move our focus on other important issues. And the next issues that our party is going to handle are the presidential elections and a draft on the new Tenets of the Canadian Progressive Front.

As the goal of getting 16 Congress seats for this term was accomplished, I now wish to accomplish the other goal I have, that is, I want the Canadian Progressive Front to have its own presidential candidate.

As I have announced in the Central Executive Committee, I want to move the primaries. So, the presidential primaries in the CPF shall start today, 27 August at 22:00 and shall end on Saturday, 30 August at 00:10. We will have, in this regard, 50 hours and 10 minutes in which our members can cast their vote.

It is therefore my duty to announce that all those interested to run as candidates in the presidential primary, from every party they hail, shall contact me as soon as possible for the primaries are going to start in about 21 hours from now.

For the time being, the following candidates have hopped in the bandwagon:

2) ...

The other point of my article is the debate on the Tenets. My wish is that they remain seven, in order to keep tradition. But they will be different, in order to reflect the new realities of contemporary eCanada. They will be about all aspects of Canadian life: social, political, economic and, especially, military.

We do not rush with the new Tenets, as a very thorough debate is needed. I want the new Tenets to be here to stay, not to be changed again in a few months.

This is all.

The Canadian Progressive Front Political Party is pleased to announce the revival of The Praetors Military Unit.

The Praetors have quickly become one of eCanada's top and most active Military Units in a short amount of time thanks to active leadership and generous contributions.

The CPF realizes that for eCanada to become a better player, a better ally and a better country it must work harder to retain new players as they join, we must catch them while they are young and instill a sense of community in them and help them along the way to become tomorrow’s leaders and warriors.

You do not have to be a CPF member to be a CPF Praetor but membership in the party will have its advantages.
