Plato has changed the game rules, and this will have a great affect on our strategy. We have to discuss this out and make tactical choices. I foresee a lot of shuffling in the e-world.

ePH –ePak RENTAL AGREEMENT

I would like to make one thing very clear. Mindanao is still ePak region and is rented to ePhilippines through an NAP. So we will fight there and our allies will fight there if someone attacks ePH and the perpetrators will be causing diplomatic unrest between our nations.

The reasons for the agreement were numerous and suffice to say that it was strategic. I have put it up for discussion in the departments concerned after which I made the decision.

FOREIGN AFFAIRS

Two MPPs were signed, eArgentina (Max McFarland 3, thank you for funds) and eChina.
I shall let the Congress know if we need to sign more and we will do that as usual in record time. St0l3n1 works like a leader. He does his job well.

Faris, Pak786, St0l3n1 thank you as well. I don’t know who else held the fort after I was gone, I think the RW after round 3 was stable and steady. It was easy.

I stepped in I think during round 2-3 and wanted to check the response time of certain things. Yeah it’s my personal whack info and stats gathering drill and I have made some interesting observations.

eMalaysia – Talking to eMY is just weird. And it always has been. It goes in some weird directions. One of them also threatened me of showing his credit card three days ago lol.

I wanted to give a proper Dioist response to that, but I chose to be rather amused instead.

Also eMY has been having some shady representatives conspiring with them. Don’t worry I know where to pull that plug. Your enemy will be my best friend.

INTERNAL AFFAIRS

Permanent Blacklist on Walter stays. Remove Walter from Congress thread. I deleted my previous article (I know it was epic hehe) for various reasons. I realized after sensible talk with someone that:

1. It would be like feeding a troll as it would be perpetuated.

2. The whole topic of discussion is irrelevant to the browser game we play.

3. I don’t want to take mileage and cash-in on such issues. Thank you for your kind words, comments and cheerleading squad (lol my pampered ebro Muz), but I don’t want to be popular or some kind of local hero for such reasons. I will not appeal to the sensitive sentiments of people and gain personal popularity or anything like that. If I want to be popular I rather do it with my work and personality.

4. Walter is fail as a troll. He tries too hard to be bad? It is pathetic actually. But meh, TheJakal has owned him many times even on the IRC.

Congress

Why you sleep so much lolgress? I was happy when atleast Faris and Pak786 started writing romantic poetry in the threads. It showed some signs of life.

I would make a request to the party presidents to please prioritize people that are active in governmental affairs. HoC please make a new thread excluding Walter ASAP. Congress is for discussions and debates; I don’t want PTO-trash to be there which is why I can’t discuss matters there.

Not including CP (like really?) or cabinet members is a MASSIVE waste of productivity. Why would you block such communication channels? I personally have no problem. I will get my job done hook, crook, line, sinker. So include cabinet members also in the new threads.

I am charting out general Congress rules with Pato Ar. Once a draft is done, I will sit with the HoC, refine it and then put it up in (new) Congress thread and we all can modify it by making necessary additions or deletions.

DEFENSE

We have intel that a minor disturbance might pop up. Rumors are floating around that one particular butthurt nation might start doing the jackass lol Yeah these are inside code language for my defense team and MUs to stay alert XD

Organization

Huskei is working on something as you can see. He is passionate about it. Didei (experienced defense pro) and I along with MoD and defense team will add to it and custom suit it to make it more useable. Great initiative Huskei!

MEDIA AND CULTURE

Ryan Cullen is a rockstar. How many of you read his article and signed up on the forum? If you have already done it, then you are awesome. If you haven’t then you are a sick vermin. Ryan is also starting contests to encourage forum activity. Yes he will bribe you with prizes. I want sponsors who can donate cc, gold, weps for contests. I will write a new article on it soon.

EDUCATION

Pato Ar, lol I am tired of praising him. Should I even say anything? He is better than me. I don’t even have to worry about this department. Thank me for stealing him from Argentina hehe. He has started the school that you need to enroll in. I will also as I mentioned earlier be working on documentation of certain things.

FINANCE

Rent deal as mentioned above. Other things, Atracurium is looking into the tax collected. And Didei, thank you for mentioning Orgs. We are going to along with MoF Mohammad Bilal work on MM speculation and trading.

CABINET THREAD

New one will be created as a fresh wave to rejuvenate and boost activity/participation. Will be done by tomorrow. Not today. I am your CP not your slave. I won’t work like an effing donkey. So screw you : D

TheJakal

He paid for the entire CO, internal supplies etc. I am not going to give out the number. But let us just say it was TheJakal sum. Thank you TheJakal. His wide had made burgers yesterday so he couldn’t hang out much.

Also another very important thing, we have agreed mutually on our titles. That KKK mongoloid trailer-trash hippie with tourettes Walter had bestowed upon me the title of “Fascist Despotic Dictator”. TheJakal will get that title as it suits him better. And he has suggested that I can be called Queen. So my title now is “The Queen Empress”

NEW FRIENDS AND MU

To the new players and MU coming in, I am glad that you find ePakistan a place to connect and be friends with even your traditional rivals. ePakistan is a liberal and friendly place. We have RL Pakistanis, Dioists, foreign allies, etc here and we all co-exist. We all work as a TEAM that is ePakistan which has its own identity and niche. We love everyone except the PTO’ers.

So, the nice straightforward people will enjoy the amicable benefits of a positive community. Thank you for being part of ePakistan.
