[APP] Congress Elections

Drear electors,

I am presenting you the list of APP members candidates for congress. I wish to see here one or two candidates form party outside top 5. As you know there is always a room for political active players from smaller parties who want to be part of the congress. Those politicians will return to the home parties just after the elections, but they will contribute with constructive ideas and different point of view.

Just like the past elections I will ask all APP congress members to donate their reward from the medal to the Treasury. If they make the donation directly it can't be traced and I couldn't be sure who did it and who didn't. A player shouldn't run for the congress just to take 5 gold reward and this way I want to eliminate the economical reason of being congressman.

Our party is wide open to the eWorld. We will invite players from all nationalities and providing them citizenships when they have a stable background experience. Foreign political active player is very welcome to present his vision and the home country in our congress - he will take one of the first places in the list.
