It's official: Lotto Weekend Miljonairs Hot Seat has its first set of eight contestants! These people answered the Fastest Finger correctly in the fastest time:

These people will approach the Hot Seat in that order, so Willem the Conqueror will be first up.

A couple of other points:

In order to prevent Googling, questions will be played on the clock. So, at a time agreed upon by the contestant and myself, I will send the question. The contestant will then have a specific amount of time (time tables laid out below) to answer the question or pass. If a contestant doesn't respond within time, then it'll be interpreted as a pass. If the contestant has already used his pass, then it'll be interpreted as a wrong answer.

Questions 1-10: 30 seconds
Questions 11-20: 60 seconds
Questions 21-30: 90 seconds
Questions 31-32: Unlimited amount of time (will be made deliberately UnGoogleable)

Our next article will be published when either (a) Willem the Conqueror uses his pass or (b) Willem the Conqueror reaches the first safe haven of 10 NLG.
