Join the new world

Hi everyone! It's been a while since I last posted an article through my own newspaper. Today's topic will be about the Norwegian invasion of Denmark and why we invade them.

As you all know, or at least should know, Sweden is currently at war with Germany and they've been losing ground lately. However while they are keeping Germany busy we are to invade Denmark and try to take control over some of the Danish regions. This is to assist Sweden by giving Germany two fronts to fight simultaneously.

The invasion
I am not sure about how this will end, but I've made an attempt to illustrate how I believe is the planned outcome of this war in the picture below:


What I think is that we will secure the two northern Danish regions, Nord & Midtjylland (borders marked with dark-blue lines), where we will follow up with a possible NE on Germany if we achieve new borders with them, or keep the NE on Denmark because of RW's in German-held regions. Sweden will probably be able to turn the tides of war in their homeland and take back Scania from Germany, followed by an invasion into Germark (the light-blue arrow). Which of the countries that will take Syddanmark I'm uncertain of, but Sweden is the country that has the best chances to hold against Germany in terms of national strength. However I believe it's certain that none of our countries will invade further (the red line = expected border against Germany after invasion), as we would then open ourselves to a potentional invasion from Poland, which we definitely don't want.

This means that we are currently losing our invasion, though it's too early to conclude this campaign yet. Several players are working hard to achieve victory and the fighting might just turn into our favour...




PS: For those of you who may wonder, no. I do not hate Danish people. As a matter of fact I have Norwegian-Danish blood in my veins and my Danish family is the biggest part of my blood-related family :3
