Small step for plato one giant leap for economy

Dear Plato

So you decided to stop giving Company Upgrade Discounts. I think thats wonderful news, we all witnessed the Great Erepublik Depression.


Now suppose i wanna join the food industry, which is the only thing that pays off at the moment. Since there are no more Discounts, the cheapest way is buy an already built factory. And here comes my problem.
You see, all listed factories are already "incorporated"(locked away in some holding). So if i wanna buy the said factory, i must own a holding there else i`ll have to open a new one.
Let me spell this out for ya buddy, first i have to pay a f*ckton for a holding, then i either have to pay a sh*tton to re-allocate the company to the holding where my other companies are OR i have to travel each day to each holding which yearly sums up to a cr*pton.
Ah, but thats not all. Nobody runs business with just 1 company, take a look at this picture


Say i was a cheap b*stard, i could only buy the 4 Slovenian companies and choose between paying a sh*tton or a cr*pton. Now what happens when i make some money and i decide to expand, or simply theres a richer guy already that wants to buy 30-40 companies. Yep thats right, sh*t intensifies!
It sounds like in the long run its much better to just build new companies.
HOLY SH*T another great depression?
In my opinion it will be much better if you make it so that we can buy listed companies, separated from their holding, and we can send them to our holding free of charge(like creating a brand new company).
Hold it, hold it. I get what most of you are probably thinking now: "YOU HYPOCRITE CAPITALIST PIG!". Yes, it might cause another "buy rush" but i promise this will be the last of them. Besides, we already know how to counter them. All we need is good `ol Plato to come up with a new event and make everyone feel like dried lemon by the end of it.
Why indulge in such experiment you ask? Well, we have a lot of clogged gold in unused factories, that nobody wants to buy. Its a freaking tumor that requires few surgical cuts, and just like in real life theres no 100% guarantee that the surgery will succeed. But i bet if you had a tumor, you wouldn`t just sit calmly, drinking your favorite tea and eating your favorite crackers.
If you ask me its about goddamn time we create a middle class and boost the plebeians that live off potato salad and struggle to feed their families having income less of a bird po*p.
