*Sorry for the late announcement, but I was sick and couldn't write the article.*

Hello citizens of eIsrael.
My name is Tom Kafir and I'm running for country Presidency this month.

For those of you who don't know me, I've been around for about a year in this account and 2 years in general.
I saw around 15 presidents in Israel, saw how they acted and learned from their mistakes, and things they did correctly.
I was Vice President, vMofa, Rav Aluf and ambassador 9 times.

Lets stop discussing what I've done and start discussing what I'm going to do.


Interior Wise
This month I want to get back to the days where we had 2000 citizens, and around 300 of them voted in the elections.
This month I'm going to do something nobody tried before, trying to get new players from the international Jewish community, not just the one in Israel. Its a fact some of the oldest players who still play in eIsrael are not Israeli. The international Jewish community is large as the Israeli one and includes it. I think the people that are foreign would stay longer and we could put ads on sites to get just as much. No this does not mean we would stop trying to get new Israelis, we would just try getting new foreign players as well.
Another thing we will focus on is keeping the new players, Having 200 players playing and staying to play is much better then having 2000 players that quit after 3 days.

Foreign Affairs
This month we would stand on our ground, not just give up on bonuses because our "allies" want double aluminum bonus.This month we wouldn't just open a war with one of our allies as a mistake.
This month we would try connecting much more with our allies, I haven't seen an Israeli ambassador in ages.
I think we should try putting up as many embassies as possible, a thing that helps keeping new players in the game is giving them jobs, stuff to do, being an ambassador is one of them.
I would like to try connecting to our new allies, as well as to our old ones.
I want to stop creating MPP's with countries that we don't have to, having 12 MPP's is not a bad thing. I think creating a lot of MPP's is a waste of money that can be used for other things.

Finance wise
This month I want the ministry to become active, alive, to not just be a dead ministry you come to with request of supplies. I would like the ministry to have new images in it, not just a_neria.
I would like to start a new program in the ministry of giving loans to people so they could expand economically. I think it will be a great idea because it would help new players and make them stay in the game. (Of course there would a maximum amount of cash allowed in 1 loan)
I also want to start making meetings around once a week where all of the people who get the Israeli economy come together and talk about how to help/save the market, where everybody could come and watch the meetings.
I would also like to create a new supply system, but we will talk about that in the military side.

Military wise
This month I want to return the old joint attack Sunday thing, where all of the MU's in Israel come on IRC and attack together.
I would like to create a new supply system, which gives supplies by amount of soldiers and damage not just a standard 50 tanks per day to every mu.
I think starting a training war with a country nearby is a valid thing, for the NE bonus and training bonus, but in this case it just caused propaganda.
I want to create a meeting of all of the MU leaders so we could discuss some issues we have, but more details on that later.


I have much more plans coming, but this sums them up generally.
I would also like to wish my opponents good luck, and have a fair elections.

שלום לכל אזרחי ישראל.
קוראים לי תום קפיר ואני רץ לנשיאות המדינה החודש.

לכל אלה מכם שלא מכירים אותי, הייתי במשחק הזה במשך שנתיים, שנה במשתמש הזה.
אני ראיתי בסביבות 15 נשיאים בישראל, ראיתי איך הם התנהגו ולמדתי מהטעויות שלהם.
אני הייתי סגן נשיא, סגן שר החוץ, רב אלוף ושגריר בערך 9 פעמים.

בוא נעבור לדברים הבאמת חשובים, מה שאני רוצה לעשות ולא עשיתי.

משרד הפנים
החודש אני רוצה לחזור לימים שבהם היו לנו 2000 אזרחים, שלפחות 300 מהם הצביעו בבחירות, הזמנים בהם היה קשה להבחר לקונגרס.
החודש אני רוצה לנסות לעשות משהו שאף אחד לא ניסה, אני רוצה לפנות לקהילה הבן לאומית יהודית, לא רק לקהילה הישראלית. האנשים שנשארים הכי הרבה זמן במשחק הם דווקא לא ישראלים, הקהילה היהודית גדולה מאוד לכן אני חושב שזה יהיה רעיון טוב אם ננסה להשיג גם משם אנשים.
לא, זה לא אומר שאנחנו ננסה להשיג רק משם אנשים, אלא זו תהיה דבר נוסף שנעשה מאחר ויכול להווה דבר חשוב מאוד בקהילה.
עוד דבר חשוב שאני רוצה לעשות הוא לפתוח תוכניות חדשות להשארת אנשים חדשים במשחק. הרבה יותר טוב להיות עם 200 שחקנים שישארו מאשר 2000 שיפרשו אחרי כמה ימים, לכן נתחיל לפתוח תוכניות חדשות על מנת להשאיר כמה שיותר שחקנים במשחק.

משרד החוץ
החודש הזה אנחנו נעמוד על שלנו, לא נוותר על בונוסים רק בגלל שחברי הברית שלנו רוצים בונוס אלומיניום כפול. החודש הזה אנחנו לא נפתח מלחמה סתם בתור טעות.
החודש אנחנו גם ננסה יותר להתקרב לבני הברית שלנו, אני לא ראיתי שגריר ישראלי בהרבה מאוד זמן.
אני חושב שזה רעיון טוב לשים כמה שיותר שגרירויות, זה דבר מאוד חשוב בהשארת שחקנים חדשים, בזה שנותנים להם עבודה הם רוצים לעלות בדירוג ולכן נשארים.
אני גם חושב שמספיק אם יהיה לנו רק 12 בריתות במקום סתם לעשות יותר ולבזבז הרבה מאוד כסף.


משרד האוצר
החודש אני רוצה שהמשרד יהפך ליותר פעיל, יותר חיי, שלא יהיה משרד מת שאתה בא אליו עם בקשות לאספקה. אני גם רוצה שיהיו במשרד אנשים חדשים, לא רק נריה.
אני רוצה להתחיל תוכנית חדשה במשרד האוצר שבה מביאים הלוואות לשחקנים כדאי שיוכלו להשתפר בצורה אקונומית, אני חושב שזה יעזור להשאיר שחקנים חדשים בכך שהם יוכלו להתפתח (כמובן שתהיה כמות מקסימלית בהלוואה כדאי שלא ירמו. )
אני גם רוצה לארגן פגישה פעם בשבוע ובה יהיו כל האנשים החכמים מבחינה אקונומית ויהיה בה דיון על השוק וכיצד אפשר לתחזק אותו וכו'. כמובן שלפגישה זו יהיה צופים שיוכלו ללמוד מכך.

משרד הבטחון
החודש אני רוצה להחזיר את התקיפה המשותפת כל יום ראשון, שבו כל היחידות הצבאיות בישראל נכנסוט לאיי אר סי ותקפו ביחד.
אני רוצה להקים צורת חלוקת אספקה חדשה, שבה ניתנת אספקה על פי כמות החיילים וכמה דמג הם עושים, ולא על פי 50 לכל יחידה ליום.



יש לי עוד מלא תוכניות בדרך, אבל זה סיכום קצר שלהם.
אני רוצה לאחל למתמודדים נגדי בהצלחה, ושיהיו בחירות הוגנות.
