No war, No training

Canada and Ireland are no longer enemies. That means that we won't be able to get much fighting. And the people trying to get extra experience by fighting will not be allowed to. They cannot then rank up either. People trying to complete the 'La Resistance' goal will have to move to complete it.

Although this peace has many down sides, it also has some up sides.Less eresponsible spending for the economy. That's all though. If you know any more ways, comment it.
