New Additions to the eRepublik Black Market: Houses and Raw Materials

For those of you who do not like America being ruled by a dictator and a congress who voted to raise taxes to 15% while some want even higher, there is a way out. Using this black market that I set up you can avoid paying high taxes and stop supporting your inconvenient government.
So far things have been running pretty smoothly with most offers being bought right after I post them! I have been working hard on some improvements and recently finished one.
Now introducing Houses, and Raw Materials available to be traded! Here is how it works.
Selling
1. Become a member by filling out the form on the bottom of the home page. If you are not a member you will have to pay a 0.5% VAT.
2. Fill out the form provided at the bottom of each market page.
3. Since we can't donate Houses in game you will need to post an offer on the in game market at a higher price then the cheapest offer. Then you will donate the difference between the price on the market and the price you want to sell for. Donate money Here
4. Once we receive your items and money we will post your offer.
5. When someone buys your items we will donate you the money.
For example: If you want to sell 100 Houses at 350cc and the current rate in game is 375cc then you should list it higher than 375cc. So if you list 100 at 390cc then you will need to donate me 4,000cc . So you take the price you are selling on the in game market minus the price you want to sell them here and then multiply by the quantity. So 390-350=40 then multiply 40 by 100 to get 4,000 and that is the number you donate me 4,000cc. Once I receive this I will buy your Houses and post them here.
It is important to note that only with Raw Materials you can trade at fractions of a penny. You can go back at most 4 places for example 0.0275
R&D Projects, future plans, and estimated percentage of completion.
-ARC information and game mechanics - 30%
-Ability for users to comment on website - 15%
-Increase Storage - 10%
-We are possibly looking to change our name. If you have any suggestions you can post a comment below.
-Increase advertising in other countries
