Latest Updates - Medal Changes

Hello People,

Because of limitless stupidity of our current political situation (no offence to our new CP, not his fault at all), this article is going to ignore our military and political needs as there isn't enough words to describe it...

Instead I'm going to have a mini-rant about the latest update...
Gift Packs, and Winter Treats... Nothing new there, i remember them from when i played ages ago..

What irked me is the medal changes...

"Medal changes

Starting Day 2,610 (12th of January), Freedom Fighter, Mercenary and True Patriot medals will award you 1,000 Currency (instead of the current value of 5 Gold).

Based on our studies, these medals didn't reach their initial goal: to help the progress of the new players. More than this, they had a negative impact on the economic balance of the game, and with this change we aim to solve some of these issues.

We wanted to make this announcement early, so everyone will have plenty of time to prepare for this change, if needed."
So much fail...

Ok where to start...
1. "Based on our studies" Lol.. just lol...
2. Who the hell new player would ever get a Mercenary Medal??? Bullsh*t
3. Even the Freedom Fighter Medal would require a lot of Money wasted on Travelling... So.. Bullsh*t
4. "these medals didn't reach their initial goal" Ummm Initial means the first.. So basically they have now changed the goal, and now are changing the reward as well.. what's next? It's name? Bullsh*t
5. "to help the progress of the new players" Yeah.. See 2, 3 and 7.. Bullsh*t
6. "More than this, they had a negative impact on the economic balance of the game" again, Lol, just Lol. The only thing that has a negative effect on the economic balance is the Economic system itself.. Sh*t is sh*t.. nuff said. Bullsh*t
7. "and with this change we aim to solve some of these issues.", "1,000 Currency (instead of the current value of 5 Gold)". Ok just WHAT? The only thing that really changes is that we get 5.05(Current exchange value) Gold(in currency, a readily exchangeable form), except OH SH*T new players cant use the monetary market The value of these Medal's will generally range between 4.5 - 5.15 Gold, but are useless for new players wanting to upgrade Training Facilities... Bullsh*t
8. "We wanted to make this announcement early, so everyone will have plenty of time to prepare for this change, if needed." Awwwww... how nice.. (WTF), how can we "prepare for it"? Should read "if possible" 😑 ...

In summary, this shouldn't affect us much at all, unless you make more than 10 Gold in Medal's a day and now need to Convert it all, which again is more likely in the newest players powering through the first few TP medals.. etc..
