Hello lucky eCanadians! I am representing The Imperial Party of Canada in the second IPC Lottery! Last week's winner was Morten628. So here we go! Are you ready to win some MONEY?!

So, as you all are probably waiting for some information, I’ll give you some! So first off, tickets are an AMAZING price of $40! You need to donate the money to Mann551 and pm him the number of tickets you bought. Remember, the more tickets you buy, the more chance you have to win!
