About Argentinian foreign policy and relations to Peru

A big discussion has been openend in South America about the Argentinian Foreign Policy and especially about the relations between Argentina and Peru after Bolivian Vice-President Mr.Ernst published some documents from the Argentine national forum:
- In the documents published by Mr.Ernst it´s stated clearly the Argentine anger about Peru not intervening directly in the war with Chile in January and that Peru - despite putting millions of CC for COs for Argentina - is not a reliable ally.
