GOVERNMENT DOES NOT EXIST IF CITIZEN IS NOT ACTIVE

Shawtyl0w is right , HOW ARE WE GOING TO FIND A NEW GOV MEMBER WITH THIS LEVEL OF INVOLVEMENT FROM THE 'OTHER PLAYERS'?
instead we unity in our community there some other player is bullying other player
this is very disappointed ,
