Fellow Austrian citizens,

we are pleased to present our new concepts for government bonds and loans to you today.
The details can be found at this ecnsored.

In addition to the drafts for the new statutes, you will also find the "source code" for calculating the income and interest there.
After all, transparency is very important to us. We expressly point out that these are only first drafts.

We therefore ask every citizen to take part in the public discussion on the details of the said regulations!

In addition to basic rules for the use of funds, various interest rates must also be regulated. The guidelines given in the above regulations are only initial suggestions. However, the final statutes and income or interest rates should be jointly set by all citizens of Austria.
The final version ultimately still requires approval from the current government.


The statutes regulate in particular:

• The principles of the use of funds.
• The conditions for government bonds.
• The conditions for government loans.


It goes without saying that every citizen of Austria is free to contribute its own suggestions.

wir freuen uns, Ihnen heute unsere neuen Konzepte zu Staatsanleihen und –krediten vorstellen zu dürfen.
Die Details finden Sie unter dem folgenden censoreded.

Neben den Entwürfen für die neuen Statuten finden Sie dort auch den „Quellcode“ für die Berechnung der Erträge bzw. Zinsen.
Schließlich ist uns Transparenz ein großes Anliegen. Wir weisen ausdrücklich darauf hin, dass es sich hierbei lediglich um erste Entwürfe handelt.

Wir bitten daher jeden Bürger darum, an der öffentlichen Diskussion zu den Einzelheiten des besagten Regelwerks teilzunehmen!

Neben grundsätzlichen Regeln zur Mittelverwendung, müssen auch diverse Zinssätze geregelt werden. Die in oben genanntem Regelwerk angegebenen Richtlinien sind lediglich erste Vorschläge. Die finalen Statuten und Ertrags- bzw. Zinssätze sollten jedoch von allen Bürgern Österreichs gemeinschaftlich festgelegt werden.
Die finale Version bedarf letztlich noch der Genehmigung durch die aktuelle Regierung.


Die Statuten regeln insbesondere:

• Die Grundsätze der Mittelverwendung.
• Die Konditionen für Staatsanleihen.
• Die Konditionen für Staatskredite.


Selbstverständlich steht es jedem Bürger Österreichs frei, eigene Vorschläge mit einzubringen. Für derartige Vorschläge, bzw. auch bei generellen sowie technischen Fragen wenden Sie sich bitte an:
