Obviously one of your policies was not to gain citizens if this is how you treat people who do not live in eAus.

But CS is up to congress to decide, so you might be welcomed back with open arms.

But I love your understanding of game mechanics, the fact your questioning about when we return to democracy only 2.45 hrs into a CP term, shows you have no clue about the process involved and what actually needs to be sorted out. The money is the easy part, but it also involves having MU leaders agree on a time, because as per game mechanics if the MU does not click anything:

"If a military unit doesn't support the Revolution, it’ll automatically be set to fight for the Dictator, against the ones doing the Revolution."

So it is best to ensure that people know when it is going to happen and the time is agreed upon by MU leaders. That way the fighters are fighting for the return to democracy.

You know damn well whilst I was ADP PP I ran polls or pm's to ask members who to put up for CP, since it was so late in the game I went up till members could reply who they wanted. Again because of your very late reply to pull out thinking you could personally stitch up the running of CP I got stuck because of game mechanics.
