Dear readers, in my quality of Embassador of eChile in eBulgaria, I dare myself to write this article with the intention of clearing some points that were exposed in the article that has been published by the Bulgarian MoFA.

1.- eChile has always considered itself an ally of eBulgaria.

2.- We manifest our total disagreement with the Bulgarian MoFA, who has distorted the intentions of eChile, because we have never thought in fighting against nor harming eBulgaria.

3.- eChile’s only intention and for which we called up for a meeting with the eBulgarian authorities, was to know your position regarding the matter of ePeru and the TW which you have with them actually; making it clear that eBulgaria would remain neutral in the case of a war between eChile and ePeru.

4.- Even though it is true that eChile signed an MPP with eTurkey, eBulgaria also signed MPP with ePeru, a country which is eChile's enemy since 2 years ago and a country with which we had big differences. Besides of having signed an MPP with Slovenia, another country that is eChile's enemy and with whom we have fought in Europe.

We consider that the rupture of relations between eChile and eBulgaria would be a serious and disastrous mistake for both countries. Because we have shared long years of friendship, cooperation, and brotherhood. If eBulgaria takes a different path to ours, we consider that we can still be friends in a new worldwide scenario, understanding your strategy no matter what it is.

Estimados lectores, en mi calidad de Embajador de eChile en eBulgaria me atrevo a escribir el presente artículo con la intención de aclarar algunos puntos expuestos publicados por el MOFA búlgaro.

1° eChile siempre se ha considerado aliado de eBulgaria.

2° Manifestamos nuestro total desacuerdo con el MOFA búlgaro que en su artículo ha distorsionado las intenciones de eChile, ya que, jamás hemos pensado en pegar contra eBulgaria ni perjudicarlos de alguna forma.

3° La única intención de eChile y para cual se convocó a reunión con las autoridades búlgaras fue para conocer la postura de eBulgaria respecto al asunto de ePerú y la TW que actualmente tienen con ellos, quedando en claro que eBulgaria se mantedría neutral en caso de una guerra entre eChile y ePerú.

4° Si bien es cierto eChile firmó MPP con Turquía, eBulgaria también firmó MPP con ePerú, país enemigo de eChile desde hace casi 2 años y país con el cual hemos tenido grandes diferencias. Además de haber firmado MPP con Eslovenia, otro país enemigo de eChile con el cual nos hemos enfrentado en Europa.

Consideramos que la ruptura de relaciones entre eChile y eBulgaria sería un grave y nefasto error para ambos ePaíses, ya que compartimos largos años de amistad, cooperación y hermandad. Aunque eBulgaria tome un rumbo distinto al nuestro, pensamos que aún podemos continuar siendo amigos entendiendo que existe un nuevo escenario mundial.
