Constitution of south Korea

This document is made to establish federal republic union of south Korea,To create peace and order within our boards,and make sure Korea is not captured anymore.May the future citizens of south Korea have great luck and peace as well.This document can not be change for which is made to keep this country under control.


1.Article One: Government seats

the government of south Korea offers 5 official seats in the government.
President
vice president
minister of economics
minister of foreign affairs
general of the army


These seats must be filled in every time a president is elected.If a president decides to fire he/she must send a letter two days before.he will decide by choosing a member of his party.If the person in charge decides to quit then he/she will decide themselves who will take the seat.A new seat can be put in if allowed by congress;the same for removing one that's not posted here.

2.Article Two: No resistance group left behind

The government of south Korea will support any type of resistance with out breaking amendment #2.Resistance must have at least 20 active members anymore will have to be decided by congress.Korea will only show support for the pre-war and post-war no longer then that.If Korea every takeover another country then Korea must itself on decide on what to do.

If the group can show that they can maintain themselves then Korea will give them freedom if not then the current president must dismiss them.The rebels have a limit of about only 600 gold of aid that Korea can give.no more than that.

3.Article Three: Judicial power

Korea offers a judicial system,where is a citizen has a right to be presented to a trial by jury.Where the citizen has to present a case and the judge and jury will decide what will happen to the citizen .punishment can go from suspension from his company to having to pay a fine.This system can be changed only if the congress say yes and the citizens yes also.This might involve a nation-wide vote which might take days to complete.

4.Article Four: Regional hospitals and defense systems

There are 9 regions in south Korea,these regions are important because they represent Korea as a whole country.so the president must have the best hospital and defense system to keep up our image.since there are 9 regions to deal with and as this is begin written there are only 3 regions available.These regions must hospitals in case of war soldiers can heal faster.defense systems must be installed in case of invasions Korea is well deafened.

5.Article Five: Process of amendments

amendments can be change when a president goes to the congress and wants to propose a change in the Constitution.The congress will then take time to review the change and think of the consequences of the change.then the citizens will vote.the way to decide is the if the president doesn't like the congress vote he/she will go the results of the citizens vote and make the decision.the original 15 amendments can not be change only new ones added later on.
