Congress

Day 2,772, 14:04 Published in Australia Chile by Australian Parliamentary Party

Good day Aussies,

Congress elections are comming...
There was a time when being congressman was a challenge. Senate/congress was a place where each player can prove himself. One seat had a value of at least 50G, now the same seat worth less than zero gold that Plato pays as reward for that shiny achievement. Funny how experienced players think that seats means something nowadays.

Game mechanics give us 24h for voting and the law can't be accepted/rejected earlier. Those who want to vote can do it during those 24h. No red tape here - it is a democracy. Each law proposed by congressman can be voted for 48h - is that so much time? To avoid spamming many of the proposals can be accepted by dictator only with cabinet approval, but proper information have to be provided to the senate at least.

In RL when people are not agree with the options they have or they don't believe in the system at large they just drop invalid ballots. It is not fair to tell you "Don't vote" because BS are pushing us for activity which is not a bad thing. You are playing the game and staying outside being inactive is not an option if you want to be political involved person.

The list with APP congress candidates:

I believe this team will show you the real meaning of "active senators".
Still, everything is pointless if we don't have a chance to rise our voice. "Mute" sign stays strong on dictator's display. We can only hope for better times.

Soon another article will be published about CP elections.

Vote wisely!

Yours:
