Should have not not applied for citizenship in any Erepublik Country in last 10 days
Erepublicans who applied for EIndia .
Erepublican should not have applied & moved to other citizenship within month.
weekly scoreboard be declared
scoreboard be given on basis on references.
& only top 5 overall at end of month will get prize & reward be given on basis on above points ie refernces.
