1. Fuck that noise. Real borders = real issues, it's inevitable and eRep countries have exploited it for years. You yourself have. Very much doubt that the eIsraelis put aside their politics, in fact, I know that they don't.
2. There are plenty of ingame reasons for this being a gombeen idea. Why Israel? Are we lacking in countries we can turn to for this? Handing over our regions to some randomers for a training war?
