ENGLISH VERSION

1 ) Why was Nebula founded?
➤ The reasons why NEBULA were founded are many. LETO had just collapsed, and Asgard had also collapsed. We had also learned that an alliance called 'Orion' was being formed. Orion was to consist of medium-sized countries like Iran, Colombia, France, Sweden, Portugal, Canada, and Peru I believe. I had been informed from a reliable contact that Orion didn't wish to accept smaller countries into their alliance, they considered smaller countries as quote: 'excess baggage' and some believed that this was the reason for the collapse of LETO. After learning these things, I contacted Israel, Norway and Montenegro and we started discussing all these factors. It was then agreed that we should create our own independent alliance. One thing that we have learned is that smaller nations shouldn't be isolated on their own. In this game small countries who don't have strong relationships are 'easy meat' for predators. We realized that the most important thing was a tight-knit support network with a strong relationship and Australia, Montenegro, Norway and Israel already had really strong bonds from LETO and past history, and there were no issues at all between us.

2 ) Why was it named "Nebula"?
➤ We named the alliance after the horsehead nebula which is located in the Orion star constellation. The reason why was because at the time we were aware that the 'Orion' alliance was in the process of being assembled. We thought that seeing that we were all pro-Asteria countries we would work as Orion's satellite alliance and this name would compliment Orion and represent that we would be in alignment with them. Also because we are smaller countries we are like stars being born, stars are often born in nebulae throughout the universe. So we named it 'NEBULA' and the name stuck. But later we found out that the 'Orion' alliance wasn't going to be formed because Colombia had decided not to join at the last minute, that caused Portugal to pull out also.

3 ) What are your goals for the short/medium term?
➤ Some of our goals are already being fulfilled. Most people don't understand that when you are in an alliance it's not always about fighting. There is a whole community within it, and you develop really strong friendships. Because of that we are probably a little stronger than we should be. So one of our goals is to maintain the brotherhood-like environment and keep the relationship strong. Other goals are to keep strong defenses and find ways in which to fund freedom operations. We would also like to maintain strong bonds with Asteria and other pro-Asteria countries.

4 ) You are born from the ashes of LETO. Why are there only six countries in the alliance, when will others join it?
➤As I explained above, when we first formed, we knew that Australia, Montenegro, Israel and Norway already had strong bonds and past positive history. No countries had any conflicts of interest against Asteria or pacifica and everyone already knew each other. Japan however was a little different, but as soon as Japan entered everyone liked them a lot pretty much right away, the chemistry was definitely there with Japan. But what people don't realize is that there is a lot of work and preparation into creating and running an alliance. Checks must be done to make sure that there are no conflicts of interest with Asteria or Pacifica, congresses must approve, orgs must be organized, graphics must be organized, charters must be written, wiki pages must be created, admins must be contacted back and forth to create the alliance pages and headquarters must be organized and voted in etc.. Then in between if a country is attacked, you get distracted because you have to organize help and so forth.. So in reality the reason why there are only 5 members (but Czech republic should join soon) at the moment is because we don't just accept anyone into the alliance, and every member country must agree before accepting another country, it only takes one member country to disagree and an applicant cannot be let into the alliance. The other reason is that we just haven't had time yet. We have some other applicants who wish to apply, but we haven't had time to assess their applications and do all the necessary discussions and checks. But we should start assessing other applicants very soon.

5 ) Why a small nation like Japan (an US' enemy) has joined the alliance?
➤ If Japan was currently an enemy of the U.S, their application would have been rejected. Due to shifting political circumstances, Japan's relationship with the U.S has improved and I believe that Japan has made peace with them. We had contacted the SGs of Pacifica both the Russian and American ones, and they approved Japan's application into NEBULA.

Japan has joined the alliance for a few reasons. Japan has been wanting to be part of an alliance for some time. They had tried to enter LETO but their application was blocked by one country at the time. They had a lot of internal and external political issues which blocked them from being a part of any alliance in the past, finally those blocks have now been lifted and they were keen for the opportunity to be apart of a the NEBULA alliance.

6 ) What is your relationship with Asteria and how is your collaboration with it?
➤ We operate independently from Asteria, but we fight for Asteria and Asteria's allies when NEBULA countries are at peace. Also, any country who has any problems with Asteria can't join NEBULA. So I guess we are part of Asteria but we function according to our own charter. But being small countries we can't survive without Asteria and Asteria's help, so it's important for us to support Asteria and do our best to help them where possible.

7 ) Which Country do you prefer between Romania and Hungary? Why?
➤ I can only speak of my own country, Australia on this question. But Australia has always had good ties and often MPPd with Hungary, and they have always helped us out when we asked. Romania is a good country too, and although we MPP with them from time to time we haven't had a chance to connect for whatever reason. So I would have to say Hungary. But lately we couldn't do much with Hungary because there is currently an anti-semite CP in power who wants to Airstrike Israel for fun. When he is voted out, we will be probably be collaborating with them in some way in the future I am sure.

8 ) Which countries will lead the new alliances, in your opinion?
➤ Hard to say. I know more about Asteria than I do the Sirius/Banana side. But regarding Asteria's side, I think Portugal or Canada would probably have a leading role in any new medium-sized country alliances. As for the Sirius side I am not aware of any new alliances being created on that side yet. If Asteria collapses, I am sure that Argentina would lead the way to create another one.


9 ) Recently, Australia has been MTOed by spanish MU Black Spectra. What do you think of all this? What is your relationship with them and how are they behaving with you? How is, actually, the situation in Australia?
➤ This is a really complicated situation, one which requires a lot of time to understand.

At first Australia was disgusted including myself. Everyone just wanted to fund a revolution to get them out ASAP. Then slowly I started to talk with the dictator and I realized that he didn't seem to be a monster after all. He told me that he was interested in just being part of the Australian community and trying to work with us in order to help Australia grow. A large number of the community wanted them gone at any costs, but after time I realized something: If we funded a revolution that would cost 200k, then it would cost another 100-200K on COs and supplies to defeat this army, on top of that it would cost an additional 200k to dictator ourselves. If you add the 300k which the dictator seized during the coup that would amount to around 900k or more. That would bankrupt our country. With a bankrupt nation, you can't have no MPPs or supply younger players or anything, it's worse than being occupied by a dictator who is not hostile.

So far black spectra and the dictator are paying for any MPPs we request from the seized funds which they took, they are really making an effort to do the right thing. They have helped us a lot in wars and seem to be genuinely trying to integrate with the community. Also they have set their Army battle priorities to helping NEBULA countries. So we have been getting their help in NEBULA which is damage much needed. Also, if you check their TP damage, they have been hitting for Poland the past two years, Poland is an Asteria country now, so it hasn't been such a problem for them to assist Pro-Asteria countries.

So far we don't have any problem with them, but some of our South American allies don't seem to be too fond of them as they are RL Spaniards. I never realized how much South Americans despise Spaniards until now. Some South Americans want them our of Australia and are willing to do whatever it takes to rid them from Australia. Anything could happen from now, but I can tell you that we are not having any problems with them so far and they are increasing our activity and a lot of interesting things are happening since they came. But no one knows what the exact outcome will be at this point.

10 ) What do you think about the update of dictatorship?
➤ I think that the admins didn't think it out enough. The main thing that worries me is the fact that it could destroy all the alliances and cause chaos as enemy dictators can launch MPPs with enemy countries. I think that it needs serious changes and Dictators should be able to launch MPPs... Also, as usual it is very damaging to smaller countries, it just seems to bankrupt and destroy smaller communities. But as usual, the admins never do anything to benefit smaller nations, every update they do just seems to be in favor of destroying the smaller communities.

11 ) What is your opinion about Italy, on the game and IRL? What do you think about the approach of italian dictator to Asteria, one not shared by the majority of Italians?
➤ I haven't dealt much with Italy in this game at all. I was always fighting on the opposite side of the fence. But in RL I like Italian girls, they are hot, I can say that much 😛
The approach of the Italian dictator to Asteria. This what I was saying above about the destruction of the alliances. This is happening in many countries including Greece and Spain... I am worried that the alliances will be completely destroyed because of this dictator module. I don't think it's fair on a country which has invested all that money into the nation, then some rich guy with money comes along and steals everything, burns your country to the ground, destroys your community, and destroys your alliance.. I think it's wrong..

1) Perché è stata fondata Nebula?
➤ Le ragioni per cui è stata fondata NEBULA sono molteplici. LETO si era appena sciolta e Asgard era morta. Nello stesso periodo si stava formando un'alleanza denominata 'Orion'. Orion doveva essere formata da paesi di media potenza come l'Iran, Colombia, Francia, Svezia, Portogallo, Canada, e Perù. Ero stato informato da un contatto affidabile che Orion non voleva accettare i paesi più piccoli nella loro alleanza, che consideravano i paesi più piccoli come 'il bagaglio in eccesso' e alcuni credevano che questo era il motivo per il crollo di LETO. Dopo aver appreso queste cose, ho contattato Israele, la Norvegia e il Montenegro e abbiamo iniziato a discutere di tutti questi fattori. Abbiamo cosi convento che dovevamo creare una nostra alleanza. Una cosa che abbiamo imparato è che le nazioni più piccole non dovrebbero essere isolate. In questo gioco i piccoli paesi che non hanno relazioni forti sono 'carne da macello' per i predatori. Ci siamo resi conto che la cosa più importante era una fitta rete di sostegno con un rapporto forte tra Australia, Montenegro, Norvegia e Israele. Tra di loro c’erano già forti legami nati in LETO e per la loro storia passata, e non c'erano problemi tra di noi.

2) Perché è stato chiamato "Nebula"?
➤ Abbiamo chiamato l'alleanza come la Nebulosa Testa di Cavallo che si trova nella costellazione di Orione. Il motivo per cui è stato dato questo nome è che al momento della nostra nascita eravamo consapevoli che l'alleanza 'Orion' era in procinto di essere creata. Abbiamo pensato che, visto che eravamo tutti paesi pro-Asteria, sarrebbe stato opportuno lavora come alleanza satellitare di Orione. Anche perché noi siamo paesi più piccoli, siamo come stelle che nascono. Le stelle sono spesso nate in nebulose in tutto l'universo. Così abbiamo chiamato 'NEBULA' e il nome è rimasto. Ma poi abbiamo scoperto che l'alleanza 'Orion' non si sarebbe formata, perché la Colombia decise di non aderire all'ultimo momento e si ritirò anche il Portogallo.

3) Quali sono i tuoi obiettivi per il breve / medio periodo?
➤ Alcuni dei nostri obiettivi sono già stati soddisfatti. La maggior parte delle persone non capissce che quando si è in un'alleanza non è sempre solo per l’aspetto militare. C'è un'intera comunità all'interno di essa, dove si sviluppano amicizie davvero forti. A causa di questo siamo probabilmente un po 'più forti di quanto dovremmo essere. Così uno dei nostri obiettivi è quello di mantenere un ambiente di fratellanza e mantenere il rapporto forte. Altri obiettivi sono di mantenere le difese forti e di trovare modi per finanziare le operazioni di liberazione. Vorremmo anche mantenere forti legami con Asteria e altri paesi pro-Asteria.

4) Siete nati dalle ceneri di LETO. Perché ci sono solo cinque paesi dell'alleanza, quando arriveranno altri paesi?

➤Come ho spiegato sopra, quando si formò nebula, sapevamo che l'Australia, il Montenegro, Israele e Norvegia avevano già forti legami e un passato positivo. Nessun paese aveva conflitti di interesse nei confronti Asteria o Pacifica. IlGiappone, tuttavia, era un po 'diverso, ma non appena il Giappone è entrato a tutti piaceva come nazione. Ma quello che la gente non si rende conto è che c'è un sacco di lavoro e di preparazione nella creazione e l'esecuzione di un'alleanza. I controlli devono essere effettuati per fare in modo che non vi siano conflitti di interesse con Asteria o Pacifica, i congressi devono approvare l'entrata, org devono essere organizzate, la grafica deve essere creata, i principi base devono essere scritti, le pagine wiki devono essere create, gli amministratori devono lavorare sempre per creare le pagine dell’alleanza etc .. Poi se un paese viene attaccato, non bisogna distrasi perché si deve organizzare l’aiuto e così via .. Quindi, in realtà il motivo per cui ci sono solo 5 membri (Repubblica Ceca, dovrebbe unirsi presto) in questo momento è perché noi non accettiamo chiunque nell'alleanza, e ogni paese membro deve concordare prima di dare il suo consenso per un altro paese. Ci vuole solo un paese membro in disaccordo e lo stato richiedente non può entrare nell'alleanza. L'altra ragione è che noi non abbiamo avuto il tempo. Abbiamo alcuni altri candidati che desiderano entrare, ma non abbiamo avuto il tempo di valutare le loro intenzioni e fare tutte le discussioni e le verifiche necessarie. Ma dovremmo iniziare a valutare altri candidati molto presto.

5) Perché una piccola nazione come il Giappone (un nemico degli USA) si è unito all'alleanza?
➤ Se il Giappone è attualmente un nemico degli Stati Uniti, la domanda sarebbe stata respinta. A causa di cambiamenti politici,le relazioni del Giappone con gli Stati Uniti sono migliorati e credo che il Giappone ha fatto pace con loro. Avevamo contattato SG di Pacifica sia quelli russi sia americani, e hanno approvato la richiesta del Giappone in NEBULA.

Il Giappone ha unito l'alleanza per un paio di motivi. Giappone ha voluto far parte di un'alleanza per un certo tempo. Avevano cercato di entrare LETO, ma la loro richiesta è stata bloccata da un paese in quel momento. Avevano un sacco di problemi politici interni ed esterni che lo ha bloccato a far parte di qualsiasi alleanza in passato. Finalmente quei blocchi sono ora cessati ed i Giapponesi sonoentusiasti per l'opportunità di far parte di NEBULA.

6) Qual è il tuo rapporto con Asteria e come è la vostra collaborazione con essa?
➤ Operiamo in modo indipendente da Asteria, ma lottiamo per Asteriae epr gli alleati di Asteria quando i paesi di NEBULA sono in pace. Inoltre, qualsiasi paese che ha problemi con Asteria non può unirsi a NEBULA. Quindi credo che noi siamo parte di Asteria, ma funzioniamo secondo i nostri principi. Siamo paesi piccoli e non possiamo sopravvivere senza Asteria e l'aiuto di Asteria, quindi è importante per noi sostenere Asteria e facciamo del nostro meglio per aiutarli, ove possibile.

7) Quale paese preferisci tra la Romania e l'Ungheria? Perché?
➤ Posso parlare solo del mio paese, l'Australia. L’australia ha sempre avuto buoni rapporti e spesso MPP con l'Ungheria, e ci hanno sempre aiutato quando lo abbiamo chiesto. la Romania è un buon paese e anche se abbiamo MPP con loro di tanto in tanto non abbiamo avuto la possibilità di approfondire i nostri rapporti. Così ho dovuto dire Ungheria. Ma ultimamente non abbiamo potuto fare molto con l'Ungheria perché c'è attualmente un CP antisemita al potere che vuole fare un attacco aereo ad Istraele per divertimento. Quando sarà espulso, ci sarà probabilmente una collaborazione con loro in futuro.

😎 Quali paesi parteciperanno alle nuove alleanze, secondo te?
➤ Difficile da dire. Io so di più su Asteria che il lato Sirius / Banana. Ma per quanto riguarda la squadra di Asteria, penso che il Portogallo o il Canada probabilmente avranno un ruolo di primo piano in tutte le nuove alleanze con paesi di medie dimensioni. Per quanto riguarda il lato Sirius non sono a conoscenza di eventuali nuove alleanze che si potranno creare. Se Asteria crolla, sono sicuro che l'Argentina avrà modo di crearne un'altra.

9) Di recente, l'Australia è stato TakeOverata da MU Spagnola Black Spectra. Cosa ne pensi di tutto questo? Qual è il tuo rapporto con loro e come si conportano con voi? Come è, in realtà, la situazione in Australia?
➤ Questa è una situazione molto complicata, ciò richiede molto tempo per capire.
In un primo momento l'Australia era disgustata, me compreso. Ognuno voleva solo finanziare una rivoluzione per farli uscire al più presto. Poi piano piano ho iniziato a parlare con il dittatore e ho capito che lui non sembra essere un mostro, dopotutto. Mi ha detto che lui era interessato a farparte della comunità australiana e che stava cercando di lavorare con noi, al fine di aiutare l'Australia a crescere. Un gran numero della comunità australiana voleva che andasse via a tutti i costi, ma con il tempo ho capito una cosa: se avessimo finanziato una rivoluzione che sarebbe costato 200k, allora sarebbe costato un altro 100-200K su CO e forniture per sconfiggere questo esercito, inoltre ci sare sarebbe un costo aggiuntivo per 200k del dittatore di noi stessi. Se si aggiunge il 300k, che il dittatore che ha sequestrato durante il colpo di stato, la cifra cammonterebbe a circa 900k o più. Ciò avrebbe mandato in bancarotta il nostro paese. Con una nazione in bancarotta, non è possibile avere gli MPP o fornire ai giocatori più giovani qualcosa, è peggio che essere occupato da un dittatore che non è ostile.

Finora Black Spectra e il dittatore stanno pagando per gli MPP che richiediamo dai fondi sequestrati che hanno preso, stanno davvero facendo uno sforzo per fare la cosa giusta. Ci hanno aiutato molto nelle guerre e sembrano essere veramente interessati ad integrarsi con la comunità. Inoltre essi hanno fissato le loro priorità di battaglia dell'esercito per aiutare i paesi di NEBULA. Quindi stiamo ottenendo il loro aiuto in NEBULA che ne ha molto bisogno Inoltre, se si controlla il loro danno TP, stanno colpendo per la Polonia negli ultimi due anni, la Polonia è un paese Asteria ora, quindi non è stato un problema per loro di assistere i paesi Pro-Asteria.

Finora non abbiamo alcun problema con loro, ma alcuni dei nostri alleati sudamericani non sembrano essere troppo affezionato a loro. Non ho mai capito quanto i sudamericani disprezzano gli spagnoli fino ad ora in RL. Alcuni sudamericani vogliono stare loro in Australia e sono disposti a fare qualsiasi cosa per liberarsi dagli spagnoli in Australia. Tutto può succedere adesso, ma posso dirvi che non stiamo avendo problemi con loro finora e stanno aumentando la nostra attività e un sacco di cose interessanti stanno accadendo da quando sono venuti. Ma nessuno sa quale sarà il risultato esatto a questo punto.

10) Cosa pensi riguardo l'aggiornamento della dittatura?
➤ Credo che gli amministratori non hanno pensato abbastanza. La cosa principale che mi preoccupa è il fatto che potrebbe distruggere tutte le alleanze e provocare il caos come dittatori nemici possono lanciare MPP con i paesi nemici. Penso che ha bisogno di seri cambiamenti e i dittatori dovrebbero essere in grado di lanciare MPP ... Inoltre, come al solito è molto dannoso per i paesi più piccoli, sembra proprio di bancarotta e distruggere le comunità più piccole. Ma come al solito, gli amministratori non fanno nulla per beneficiare nazioni più piccole, ogni aggiornamento che fanno sembra sempre a favore della distruzione delle comunità più piccole.

11) Qual è la sua opinione su l'Italia, sul gioco e RL? Cosa pensi circa l'approccio del dittatore italiano ad Asteria, non condivisa dalla maggioranza degli italiani?
➤ Non ho considerarto molto l'Italia in questo gioco i. Sono sempre stato in lotta sul lato opposto della barricata. Ma in RL mi piacciono le ragazze italiane, sono hot, posso dire questo: P
L'approccio del dittatore italiano a Asteria. Questo è un esempio di quello che dicevo sopra, la distruzione delle alleanze. Questo sta accadendo in molti paesi, tra cui Grecia e Spagna ... Sono preoccupato che le alleanze saranno completamente distrutte a causa di questo modulo dittatore. Io non credo che sia giusto in un paese che ha investito tutto quel denaro nella nazione, poi alcuni ricchi con denaro arrivano e rubano tutto, brucia il suo paese a terra, distrugge la vostra comunità, e distrugge la vostra alleanza .. Io penso che sia sbagliato ..

12) puoi concludere con un saluto ai nostri lettori?
➤ Vorrei ringraziare tutti per il tempo che mi avete dedicato a nome dell'Australia e della comunità australiana 🙂
