[MoFA] Agreement between eJapan and eBelgium

Dear citizens of eJapan, allies and friends,
We want to inform you that Japan and Belgium made long-time agreement about Japanese presence in Belgium. This is the agreement:
1.Belgium will take Brussels now (RW has started, fight for Belgium)
2.After that Belgium is taking back Flanders from UK.
3.After taking Flanders, Belgium returns to us Brussels, Flanders stays Belgium region, Japan do not attacks Flanders.
4.Before every congress elections Japan will give back one region to Belgium.
5.After every congress elections Belgium will give back that region to Japan.
6.Money from taxes will be returned to Belgium at the end of every month.
7.Japan will not attack any NSPP member.
UK CP has also signed this agreement.
We think that this agreement is good for both countries. This agreement provides Japan to have territories in Europe, while Belgium gets guarantee that they will have secured congress in the future. If any other country lands on Flanders, we will give them back one of Japanese two regions for the elections, so we are the guarantee that Belgium will always have congress. The taxes we will get back to Belgium, because we want everybody to show that we are not pirates, that our main goal of this Air Strike was just to play this game and made it more interesting, not to rob anyone.
We want to thank eCuba government and eCuba MoD AZTE for starting initiative for this agreement. eCuba is a big friend of both of our countries: eJapan and eBelgium.

We accomplished our main goals, we had successful first real AS in the history of eJapan, we enjoyed in the game these days, we have territories in the Europe now also, and one more place to make training wars.
@Silent Warrior don't tell stupid words in the name of eJapan ! Everybody know that u love to rule with the countries like Dictator ! and maybe becoz of servs the game updated the new module 'Dictatorship' !

i see any comments or words about ebelgians, for me it's one insult, i prefered to be wiped and find one agreement with eUK like you, but it's my personal view. I'm waiting the governement belgian.
