The CONGRESS
In national politics, the Congress has an equally important role as the government. The Congress votes on proposals from the Country President, propose its own laws and accepts citizens requests. Examples of law members of congress can propose are if your country should enter or exit an alliance , declare a foreign country, "enemy of the nation" (NE), and tax changes. Congress can also impeach the Country President.
Only the parties of top 5 may nominate candidates for congress. The candidates of each party have until 24th of each month to present this officially.

The 24, the PP established a list of priority between the different candidates. PP generally prefer the members who participated in the forum.
25 is election day.
26, the results are published in the "elections" tab

If a party obtains, for example, between 26 and 34% elected, he will get 3 places in Congress. If he gets between 36 and 44%, it will be four places. The amount of members each party gets is also dependent on the amount of regions the country controls. If a country have 1 region the parties have to compete for 10 seats in congress, while if the country got 2 regions the amount of congress will increse to 20.
