[Forces] eHungarian Military Units - Part 1

To be under occupation isn't completely a bad thing.
It allow us to (re)discover an enemy, and to share our views on this game.

I'm going to make some articles on eHungarian forces to introduce you their spirit, their honour, but also their differences and their brotherhood.
Let's start today with some MUs.

This work follows the one I did in the past about eTurkish Military Units.

~ History ~

Our MU was founded on eRepublik day 721, by the Kisgazdapárt. Back then, we were the 53-th MU of the e-world. So we can proudly tell, that we are among the oldest MU's of the e-world.


~ Goals & Values ~

Our values are friendship, broterhood, honour. And our main goal is to promote these values. I know, that may sound a little bomptious or arrogant.🙂 But we are functioning more like a family, then like an MU. We help and we respect each other.


~ Orders ~

We are allways fighting for what we considder eHungary's best interest. If this coincides with the MoD-s orders, then we follow his orders. And we are never selling damage.


~ eCountries you Like & Dislike ~

Who we like? eSerbia, ePoland, eIndonesia, eMacedonia.. .and many others... 🙂
Who we dislike? I think, that "dislike" is not the best word to describe our feelings, because in our case is more "distrust"... 🙂


~ Feats of arm & Pride ~

I can't pick a specific moment, to say, that's the best... I had many such moments with my MU, and I hope, I will have many more such moments. I can't imagine myself in an other MU. and I think, this tells everything. 🙂

~ History ~

Our MU was founded on december 2009. Our name, the "Csontbrigad" comes from a novell of Rejtö Jenő (P.Howard) one of Hungary's best wrighters.


~ Goals & Values ~

Our motto is: Összetartunk, visszavágunk, csontot törünk! I will try to make a translation of this: We stick together, fight back and brake bones!


~ Orders ~

We are fighting always for eHungary, and our main purpose is the education of our fighters, and helping our "youngsters".


~ eCountries you Like & Dislike ~

For us there are no such things like eCountries we like or dislike.

Our greatest achievment is when we managed to take the 3th place in the MU-tournament.

A friend of mine had the idea to found a graveyard for the lost souls who are leaving the game. For reasons unknown to me he did not want to lead the unit, so advertised for a keeper of the yard position and I was "hired". I am the only living member, I guard the peace of the dead.

Correspondingly the damage of the unit equals my damage. I can't remember dates but I've been in charge for the last 2 years or more, no idea really.

With the game's decline in some months when I buy all the packs I make it into the national Top5 and the Unit is top 10 or so. Enemywise the enemies of Hungary are my enemies too, I support Serhun, I also like Indonesians, and Macedonians at the same time I don't hate anyone can imagine MPP with all, but I do have a long memory and don't trust some former allies.

~ History ~

Basically, the unit was funded by me in 2011, when they introduced military units to erep, and there were rumours going around that the funding costs would be raised later on (it never happened). I didn’t feel like joining someone else’s group, so I gave 40 golds to the beloved Plato. My initial idea was that it is going to be a one-man group, but then others have joined. Even Hupakolas, who likes to call himself God Emperor of Vecsés, the Galaxy, and some other regions I cannot recall right now, was a member for a while.
Most of our members have died, unfortunately, and even those, who still log in regularly, are patiently waiting for this lovely game to end, something that much to my surprise has not happened yet despite the heroic efforts of the guys at erep labs.


~ Goals & Values ~

So we had this initial goal to raise funds for a full bodied statue of Ernst von Jacob (called Dacicus Maximus nowadays), but this goal was never really made public, and we kind of forgot about it on the way. I was thinking that our next two targets should probably be 1) making erep beat WoW in revenues, and 2) have Hungary introduce the Euro.

There are no orders in this unit. The DO is usually set to Hungarian battles because of the true patriot money.


~ eCountries you Like & Dislike ~

Since most of our members are very old, registered in 2009, we kind of live in the past, I guess, much like our grandparents fighting dementia would do. So I personally like to think of Indonesia and Serbia as our number one allies, and Croatia and Romania as our number one enemies – as it used to be in the glorious 2009s. But I know that things have changed since then, there are no real allies any more, and well, the only real enemy we have in this game is addiction.


~ Feats of arm & Pride ~

The best moment you had with your MU in this game (Feat of arms & Pride)?
I can safely say that the biggest feat we had was when we almost liberated Riyadh on day 1580 (see the Operation Ingyen teve! section on our wiki page). It turns out that we had Cyprus as an arch enemy much earlier than any of our military leaders would have known about it.

Since most of our members used to be a lot more active in the media than on the battlefields, this unit is not about clicking the Fight button, really.

~ History ~

Elit Junior is a subdivision of Hungarian Elit Unit for new players. It was founded on day 1388 with the goal to provide well-trained and supplied soldiers for the army. Also, we've not only provided fine warriors, but a decent number of ministers, journalists compared to our relatively small number. Three president choosed the MU to be his alma mater. The first commander of the MU was santa.zs, he handed over the command to Dracule_Mihawk. When he resigned, Wisitenkraf became the commander of the unit, his leadership lasted until the end of the first training period. When it came to time, the MU merged with Hungarian Elit Unit and laid rest until day 2688. This time reestabilished by Hercule Poirot.


~ Goals & Values ~

Our goal is to maintain the continuity of Hungarian Elit Unit, providing a hard-hitting and converging company to our main MU and deploy our firepower in accordance with the interests of Hungary and his allies.


~ Orders ~

The company has always been a regular military personnel. However with the changes in the military-system our bond to the government loosened.


~ eCountries you Like & Dislike ~

We fight whenever it needs for Hungary and his allies. We cherish the tradition of the SerHun frienship and feel sypathy for some other countries of the exONE block.


~ Feats of arm & Pride ~

Here everbody have some unique strenghts besides firepower which really give sense to the word "elite". We pay attention to our members to be trained well, be supported not only with fictional golds and tanks, but with concern to the person out there.
