Fellow Citizens of the Swiss Confederation,
Today you will have the chance to read the official Treaty between Switzerland and South Korea regarding the South Korean stay in the Swiss territory. This Treaty was written down and signed in order to avoid any problems which might show up in near future regarding this matter.
Preamble
THE PRESIDENT OF THE SWISS CONFEDERATION,
THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF KOREA,
DESIRING to organize the future Swiss legislative branch of power;
WISHING to help the Korean people in their desire for freedom;
DETERMINED to increase the level of cooperation between their countries;
HAVE AGREED AS FOLLOWS:
THE ALPS COOPERATION TREATY
Art. 1 Purpose of the Treaty
The Treaty will help in the reorganization of the legislature of the Swiss Confederation which will allow better communication of the Federal Assembly, its organization and more competition in the Congress Elections.
The Treaty will allow the Republic of Korea more freedom for its citizens and more regional bonuses to boost its economy after a long period of economic degradation.
The Treaty will allow both the Republic of Korea (South Korea) and Swiss Confederation (Switzerland) to get closer and boost its relations.
Art. 2 Borders
The Swiss regions of Svizzera italiana and Graubunden will be controlled by South Korea.
The Swiss regions of Deutschschweiz and Romandie will be controlled by Switzerland.
If any Resistance War starts in the Swiss regions under control by South Korea unplanned, both South Korea and Switzerland are obligated to fight for South Korea.
If any Natural Enemy law starts unplanned in South Korea or Switzerland, it must be rejected.
In case South Korea loses any region or a reset of the determination bonus is required, Presidents from both countries are obligated to restore the division of regions mentioned is this Treaty as soon as possible.
Art. 3 Money Transfer
South Korea is obligated to pay Switzerland back all the taxes collected from Swiss regions .
If the tax collected is lower than 10 000 CHF, South Korea is obligated to pay 10 000 CHF to the Swiss Treasury.
The tax mentioned above must be paid on the 22nd every month. The payment will be considered as payment for the last month.
If the Treaty stops having effect on a certain day, South Korea is obligated to pay back taxes collected from the last payment day to that certain day.
Art. 4 Ending Clauses
The durability of the Treaty is unlimited.
The Treaty can be changed only if Presidents of both South Korea and Switzerland agree on it.
The Treaty can be cancelled anytime, by any President.
The Treaty will stop having effect if any part of the Treaty is breached.
