[eUK] How to Waste Millions of CC and Other Such Things

The one bonus, you could say, about electing incompetent players to roles of leadership is that in their fear they often spew out ill thought out ideas in a desperate attempt to mask their cluelessness and lack of activity. How is this a 'good thing'?, I hear you ask. Well, it can cause people to palm their foreheads and offer their own thoughts. It increase activity by forcing people to show our Government how you go about such things. Rather then just giving us soundbites and vague promises.
So while I've got the rare day off and we have players often opposed to one other, in agreement that the Governments new idea is retarded. I thought I'd make hay while the sun shines.
So What Do You Want?
The past day or so have seen Mongress trying to prise more information on the current Governments 'new' scheme. So far, the conclusion is that, they wish to use 100k of tax payer money, backed by a mysterious forig backer, in order to loan out the money so eUKers can buy Raw Resource factories.
I know... ground breaking, right. It's like it's 2012 again...
At the moment the community is siting on a nest egg of between two to three million CC, below I will outline the basic outline of things discussed in Mongress (cuz that's all there is) and then I will leave the floor open to you, the eUK population to put forth your opinions and ideas.
Governments Raw Loan Scheme:
As outlined above, a raw factory loan scheme. No other information on details have yet come forward.
Straight Rebate:
It's our money, why not just hand it straight back to the individual player in the form of a lump sum.
Activity Level Up Bonuses:
Your fairly typical, rank up bonuses, only larger. Rewards activity and participation
Houses:
Buy players houses so they can work overtime and repeat the cycle.
Free Training Ground Upgrades:
Nowadays it's mostly pointless for the majority of us to full train, it makes more sense to just do the free training and collect the extra gold. This basically buys the upgrades those of us that don't have the full free Training Ground need.
Account Replacement:
Use the money to set up a scheme in which we can replace low strength/economy accounts with better ones.
Save It
Don't bother pissing it away on vanity projects and just continue to save it for that day when a real good idea comes forward.
That is basically all we have in Mongress, nothing concrete other than ideas. If anyone wants to take an idea either of their own or from the above list and elaborate on them more, feel free. It is after all your money, more so then the Government's or Mongress.

The only one I think we could manage competently would be the 'Save It' option... even then we'd mess that up.
I think its a few years to late to have low levels trainning 90 a day, but hey... what do I know, I thought the game would be dead by now...

Could always reinstall a dictatorship and watch the bawmocracy advocates throw millions trying to restore their "rightful" place. Three times.
So this 3M cc and everyone goes spastic over one thirtieth of that to fund something that might work and at the very least will make a couple of people more active and has a low risk. But lets say it gets spent on male hookers and prosecco (cos regular hookers and champagne are more useful.. DUH), we can still afford to sponsor 29 retarded ideas - who knows maybe some of them would work.
idk 100 players likely to respond to a 'beg here for resources' article, so at the upper limit of 3M cc funds, we could be seeing 30k cc or the very approx equivalent of 60 gold each. And for that, govt. will be totally useless as it'll have zero funds. Now some of the people at the top of the 100 are going to spend it wisely but it's pretty small amount to them; The rest are likely to get a few marathon bars and a training contract, fuckin whop-pity doo.
I'd speculate Huey will wait for the shooting to stop before raising his head above the parapet and suggesting we keep back at least 1M to us through an MPP stack and some such.
Surely it would be more fun if we just give the damn 100k to IMK and I run a Blue Peter style campaign replete with a campaign meter showing how many lolly sticks we've collected. Once we reach a suitable number, we can fashion a cross and nail/tie (depending on your IQ) IMK to it. It'll be hilarious and will likely help me get elected next month - then you get a whole month of me not being speaker, and you know you'd love that.

We would know exactly where this money would go right? There would be a paper trail? or maybe it gets "invested" and nobody gets any sort of return at all ; like it got "lost" in translation....

Activity level up bonuses, free houses and free training upgrades are all ok ways of investing the money back into the eUK, but I thought we already did all of those...did those programs all get stopped at some point?.
Another possibility would be for the Gov to stockpile Q7 weapons when prices are low, and then sell them to the citizens at cost price next Novermber when the prices shoot through the roof - Gov doesn't lose money, citizens who can't afford to buy thousands of weapons in advance are able to make full use of the eRep birthday / Thanksgiving / Christmas bonuses. I thought this was supposed to be implemented before, but didn't hear anything about it last November when the prices skyrocketed.
Other than that, save it for a rainy day / potential wipe / better idea..
I assume this new round of spending would be proactively done rather than waiting for applicants to get in touch.
