I'd like to start by thanking President Zaphod for bestowing this honour upon my undeserving shoulders, it is with humility, and on behalf on my brother Spamicans, that I humbly accept the position of Foreign Secretary.
I shall board my tricycle anon and travel the eWorld like a true Brit abroad, shouting loudly in the queens English at Johnny Foreigner and pointing out their mistakes and extolling the virtues of the mighty black pudding.

My dear sir I beg to take issue with your above sarcastic comment! BigAnt's grasp of economics puts him on a par with the likes of John Maynard Keynes. His ingenious plan of 'resting' all the eUK's money in his account prevented us from experiencing yet another boom bust cycle while also putting a stop to the next TUP president from squandering the eUK's finances on yet another Keers led anti-democratic folly!

It was a 'permanent' rest, as far as I know. And well, TUP, you know, is just the owner(TM) of the eUK(TM of TUP incorporated), so they just don't steal, but transfer the money among themselves.
As I stated above we meer mortals could only look on in awe as BigAnts ingeniously juggled the eUKs finances. His master stroke of permanently 'repurposing' the eUK's money, thus depriving subsequent TUP sponsored CPs the means to waste it on one of their hair brained schemes, left many previous ministers of finance crying into their beer!
