[Ceann Comhairle] Congress Update

As per III.02.d of the Constitution of eIrelan😛
When an amendment is made to the Constitution, the Ceann Comhairle must inform the public via an article.

Congress has voted 13-0-8 (yes-no-abstain) in favor of the following amendment.

Article III, Section 3.03 Confidentiality
a. All Congress and Government discussions within official Congress and Government threads which deal with matters of national security are protected by confidentiality and any information contained within those--even if acquired outside those threads--may not be made public without the consent of the publisher of post.
a.i. Matters of National Security are defined as: votes related to Natural Enemy, Declaration of War, and Airstrike; discussion of MPPs prior to law proposal, but not the result of votes on such; and any other matters deemed to be of a sensitive nature by the CC.
b. Any Congress or Government member who breaches the above rule will be suspended from Congress involvement for 7 days.
