Jesus Gonna Be Here (Mandatory listening)
Day 2631 of the New World
February 2, 2015

I have always believed that eRepublik is a game that is accessible for nearly anyone to be able to play and enjoy. There are so very many “points of entry”.

You can fight like a maniac.
You can become a meta gamer.
You can focus entirely on politics.
You can just publish stuff whatever.
You can ramp up your game, or ramp it down.
You can become a black-market dealer.
You can devote yourself to IRC ubiquity.
You can be a life-long troll.
You can work out your RL issues here.
Can’t this list go on???

eRepublik is a rich-enough context that there are probably only two kinds of people that don’t make it.

1. Those who have already made it, quit, and move on.
2. Those who totally miss their calling in eRepublik and just try to be someone they are not.

So yes, I believe there is a spot for everyone around here.

And yet once in a while, a player comes along who just seems perfectly suited to do a better job of what he does than nearly anyone else ever can or ever has done.

Wild Owl is an eBorn President. He is better at it than anyone this country has ever had. And I gladly include myself in that list. Seriously. Wild Owl is the Perfect President for eUSA.

Wild Owl is Isaac Stern playing a Stradivarius.

Wild Owl is Tom Brady with a (properly inflated) football in his hands.

Wild Owl is Stephen Spielberg with a Director’s chair and a megaphone.

Wild Owl is Bobby Flay with a grill and a few pounds of Kobe Beef.

Wild Owl is Ronaldo with a soccer ballBurl Ives with a microphoneBob Dylan with a guitarPhoenix Quinn with a newspaper

Wild Owl as President of the eUnited States of America is Jesus with 5 loaves and two fishes.

You get my point?

Let’s face it, voters, the idea of electing anyone other than Wild Owl for Country President is as looney it comes.

Vote for Wild Owl on the 5th.
