Whats wrong with the economy?Problems,possible solutions

According to forums and player articles erepublik's economy not functioning as it should since years. In this article I will attempt to reveal the reasons and possible solutions fixing economy if there any at all.

Let me begin with the obvious statement: Economy is all about supply and demand. The same thing is true about erepublik's economy.

1,Supply
- Almost every player in erepublik company owner therefore contributes to supply
- Every player allowed to work as a manager
- Free handout of a food company for new players

2,Demand
- Minimal since most of company owners can self supply easily, but here is the catch since almost all players

company owners almost everybody self supply!
- Due to minimal demand ever increasing inflation

There is two way to deal with the problems: limiting supply or/and increasing demand.

How to increase demand:

1,
Fix the inequality between Food and Weapon products
- Weapon affects quality of your hit(only q7 has market,everything else useless) while food doesnt affect your quality of energy recover(therefore useless beyond saving place in your storage)

For example a q7 food should recover 20 health like it did,but it would also recover another 20 health which not counted to your energy recover limit.

There food has demand now!

Decrease the durability of Weapons
-Every weapons durability should be set to 1,or even better make q7 weapons 1 durability, q1 10 durability,in short poor could afford a weapon,but the richest would only look for the exlusive q7!

3,(this is only a short term solution)
Increase the energy recovery/6 minutes
Make the 20// minutes,also weekly missions should grant really high energy recover prizes.
High energy recover limit---> more demand for food and weapons--> better economy


How to decrease supply:

Its clear the biggest troublemaker here working as a manager.
Now this is a tricky one but I believe there is a way to fix it.
Introduce roles to erepublik gameplay!

Every player could choose a class after certain time passe😛

Soldier

Advantage:
+10% more strenght gain(with full train:99 str/day instead of 90 str/day)

Disadvantages:
-Cant work as a manager/it cant hire workers/in short cannot use companies

strength is the most valued number in erepublik,therefore players who in top str would choose this role. Also usually those players who has highest demand towards supply but can supply themselves...It might look underpowered but str really the single most important prize in events/challanges etc

Business

Advantage:
Can work as a manager and use company as before

This role would fit for players who focus on economy

3,
All rounder

Advantage:
+ 10% military rank gain
- Can hire workers(but cant work as manager)
- 5 free travel/day(perfect for gaining profit from mercenary and freedom fighter medals)
+ 1 damage in guerilla fight
+ publish article in any country

Disadvantage:
Cant work as a manager(but still can hire workers and use company)

This role would be perfect for average players
