What does community think about gifts?

Yes, this is the answer to give you with this article. During the last few days we have seen our feed full of people selling gifts, giving them (yeah for free), exchanging them… So, let´s see what some players on my friendlist think.



But, first of all, what are gifts and how people got them?



Only for visa players then? No. Plato allow “other players” to earn some gifts



So, players with tons of gifts and speculation is growing \o/

Gifts= present. I know that plato is commerce, but here you can see how reality is. All I got I gave them and I also received some, even people I didn't expect. I have never thought about selling or buying them, like Han Solo, who was buying unlimited gifts. It isn´s a contradiction? Things are bought, you don´t commerce with presents.

First I exchange them, but I have so many friends here (rl and ingame) that I wasn´t able to send them enough, so, I created a tool to help people exchanging gifts, not only a nacional tool, but international. So, I created an article (who has been top 1) where people could post the gifts that wanted to exchange.

I didn´t bought them till today (2 days ago). Their price was about 2.75k cc till the event but today I supposed that with so many sellers the market will collapse and I started an strategy to buy them cheap:

I started spamming every 10 minutes offering 1,5/gift. I didn´t expect to have offers (everyone was selling more expensive), just wanted to make people think that they were paying so much to reduce the price.

2 hours later, the biggest gift buyer, Han Solo, had about 10.000 caramels and even if he fights so much, he wasn´t going to buy more. It was the signal. Soon people will start buying them for 1500.

And that was exactly what happened. Just after he ended buying them and with people celebrating Christmas, sellers come to me with 1.5k cc/gift.

About 4 p.m. a curious movement happene😛 many people who haven't been buying gifts realised that: the real price of a gift according to energy bars (even if we imagine that they are sales) + 1 gold = 1800 cc and if I'm buying them for 1500 it is a Great Business! So, many people like Seki3 and Hitman started shouting about buying for 1500.

So, my last movement was (since I didn´t want to buy more than about 100 gifts more) was starting to offer 1600 cc/gift (yes, it was a pity having to buy them for 1600 after making the market go down to 1500, specially if we remeber that the price in the morning was 2.75k, but it was less than their real value of 1800)

And the story has ended. Now I have the bars I wanted without having to wait for months changing cc for gold every day, because this is an important part too: even if I get tons of CO I can only change 4k cc to golds daily, so, I had them stopped without buying the EB, which are what I want.

I got some gifts. I sell many of them to help paying packs, but I also send some friends some and I will send them a few more just as a detail (Proof of this below-Feno dixit) I hadn´t recived or bought, but I hope I will get some free.

And what about me? I didn´t get any gift, but I recived a lot of them. I´m sure like irl you have to pay less taxes if you use donations. I can´t imagine how people can be generous with me 😛

¿Qué piensa la comunidad sobre los gifts?

Sí, esa es la pregunta que trataré de responder con este artículo. A lo largo de los últimos días hemos visto nuestro feed lleno de gente vendiendo gifts, regalándoles (sí, gratis) intercambiándolos… Por lo tanto, veamos que piensan sobre ello varios de los jugadores de mi lista de amigos.



Pero. antes de nada, ¿qué son los gifts y como los consigue la gente?



Creo que en este caso la traducción es bastante evidente. Gifts por comprar cosas con euros. Además, gift = 5 caramelos, 1 oro y 3 bazokas de hielo. Solo para visas entonces? No. Plato permitió también que el resto de jugadores pudiesemos ganar alguno en función de la posición en cada batalla, el bando y la división.



Así pues, jugadores con toneladas de gifts. El tren de la especulación está en marcha \o/

¿Qué crees sobre los gifts?

Un gift o regalo es un item que mandas a alguien sin esperar un pago. Por lo tanto, nunca venderé un gift, puesto que se da sin esperar nada. Es agl para dar a los amigos, o incluso a un rival/enemigo para mejorar la relación

¿Has recibido alguno?

Sí, he recibido varios y no voy a olvidar a quienes me han mandado: XsidewinderX,Si Petung,imobil, Darman The Obliterator,dzynka y akaga.

¿Los vendes o los regalas?

Bueno, no tengo fuerza para ganar CHs o incluso BHs y no compro packs así que nunca conseguiré gifts para dárselos a otros. Si tuviese nunca lo vendería sinoo que se los mandaría a amigos y hermanos que quiero para hacerles felices y recordarles que el verdadero regalo es dar sin esperar pago u otra cosa…

¿Por qué?

Como he dicho previamente, Un gift o regalo es un item que mandas a alguien sin esperar un pago.

¿Has recibido o comprado alguno?

No sé por qué los he recibido, pero por supuesto que no los he comprado.Tal vez piensan que merezco recibirlo o soy su mejor amigo, pero puedo decir que les quiero y que les deseo lo mejor en este feliz dia.

Creo que los gifts son una manera maja de mostrar tu aprecio. He recibido unos cuantos y algunos de ellos los devolví. Hace una semana vendí unos cuantos para pagar una casa q5. Tenía 34 para hoy y los regalé todos a gente que me ha ayudado de distintas maneras en el juego o me ha hecho reír. Muchos de ellos antiguos amigos ingame.

¿Y qué hay de mi? No conseguí ningún gift, pero recibí muchos. Estoy seguro de que las donaciones sirven para desgravan como vr, si no, no me explico tanta generosidad 😛
