The UK defeats Montenegro's airstrike, 1,082,000 CC stolen from the Bank of England? And the UK goes to war with the Netherlands

In this article I will talk about three important UK events. I look at the UK victory against Montenegro, I ask where is 1,082,000 CC in UK money? Then I discuss information on what is going on in regards to the Netherlands.
As you might have seen Montenegro has launched an airstrike and has tried to take control of the South East of England. Unfortunately for Montenegro the UK decided not to allow this, as this does not benefit the UK.
UK forces took the first battle to epic status. After the first round the UK secured 19 points, Montenegro 0 points. After this the fighting was not as intense with fewer global fighters. UK players kept up the fight and absolutely destroyed the airstrike.
1,082,000 CC has been moved out of the Bank of England organisation. This equates to over 4748 Gold at current market rate. At this moment I don't know much about this. Is this malicious? Possibly.
I believe as Dictator, Wayne should have the ability to move resources around to protect and benefit the UK. I also think Wayne, Paulus or Madelina should account to the elected CP any currency they are moving around for our nation's benefit. Whether it is 1, 1000 or 1,082,000 CC. If Huey is going to move currency around I believe he in turn should then report this to Wayne/the cabinet.
tl;dr: Wayne, the CP and cabinet should all be informed on Gold, currency and other assets being moved around.
The UK has NE'ed the Netherlands. I don't have much to say on this but I predict significant fighting in the coming days. We will have a war with the Netherlands. We will most likely see RW's and we might even see other nations that border the Netherlands try to fight the UK.
Consider purchasing a house to allow you to store more energy during this time of heightened military activity. Remember to 'stack' your houses i.e. Don't just buy a Q3 house, buy a Q1 and Q2 instead, its cheaper and you get more benefits from this.

Good work Max.I"ve trust Huey and his cabinet althougth in here everyone is guilty and the cabinet and Wayne till the guiltyness and the accusations have to be first approved who stole the money and not just

@Sexagenarian I didn"t say and certainly not accused Huey or Wayne for stealing the money,I"ve just been concerned about it and said that who ever did that it should be bringing evidences and proper invastigation to take a place rather than accusing Wayne or Huey for stealing.

On the basis that generous ($40/1m damage in div 4) combat orders have been active overnight in the Portugal battles (via the Dental Corpse MU), I'd bet most of the money was spent that way rather than underhand shinanigans... In terms of discussions between congress etc, quite a bit of active fighting is anticipated in the next week and so money has most likely been moved in anticipation of setting orders.
Although I expect everyone who is against the Dictator module will spin it in the most negative light possible. In reality, it is probably a "nothing to see here" situation...

Yeah, except for the bit where absolutely nobody has any idea of what is going on. Must all be above board if its a secret.
Not unusual in the past for the MoD to move funds at time of war in order to set COs without specifically announcing the fact. Maybe it is just my age, but it is something I would expect to happen. Plus the fact Wayne's MU has been offering COs just re-enforces my view in my mind.
If Wayne was genuinely planning to do a BA, then why drop the Working Tax to 1% and reduce the daily income? He'd have been better off leaving it high, increasing the funds in the pot before stealing it.
