The Political Change

Day 2,930, 12:51 Published in India Turkey by Lord Turin

Greetings fellow E-indians. Its pretty peaceful here in E-republik now, especially after the anniversary. Congratulations to Sher Singh and Ananthakrishnan for winning Infantry Kits in the tournament organised by the Elite E-indians. Hope u guyz are having a blast with the Kits.

Moving on the recent congress election reports came as a shock as DPI dethroned Yuuva India as the major political power. Congratulations Guyzz. As for my fellow Yuuvans, we have seen worse times, we made it out, Yuuva survived. Stick together and we will fight our way back to the top. A lot of people have raised questions about the leadership of our PP. Recently a faction broke out of Yuuva to form another party. A lot of prominent Yuuvans were offered a place in there. RFTA was generous enough to offer me a place with them despite of the fact I'm pretty much a noob in this particular field. Well the thing is Yuuva has lost it's place to DPI. It is a good thing in a way, we might find more activity from our newbies in the political field of the game and they might even stick around.

But the thing is we (i.e. Yuuva) must rectify our strategy if we wish to reclaim our place. Yuuva has seen a lot of internal conflicts over the past few months. If someone isn't happy with how the party is working, please do communicate instead of leaving. Every single member has to work to return Yuuva to back to the good 'ol days.

One of the main problems according to me is that we aren't connecting to the people. Hence the lack of support.

Secondly we aren't active in trying to recruit newbies into our party, and that is costing us. DPI is miles ahead of us in this particular aspect and we should learn from them.

Third, there is lack of ingame activity for Yuuvans (maybe not just Yuuvans, for Indians but well I'm talking about Yuuva so I'll stick to that) like certain contests and stuff.

Fourth, only a handfull of people are actually active on the Yuuva thread. I would request all members to voice their opinions in the party thread.

Fifth we should start a despatch program for newbies, providing them with food and if possible a mentor which helps a lot(trust me on this one, i know).

More suggestions are welcome. Let's not loose heart and keep working for the betterment of E-india. Once again congratulations to DPI. Yuuva was becoming stagnant, thank you for shaking us up. We accept and respect the decision of the people of E-India and will give it our all to get back to the top.
