Hello to all players in NZ
I have several suggestion for the big jump of New Zealnad economy.
First: We need to make baby boom. How to do that? Well this is task for every player in this community, you can invite your friends, you can post your ref links at forums, you can sent invites to your facebook buddies. And you can write to all sorts of media in NZ and try to bring over many new and fresh players.

Infrastructure. This is a crucial part of every new country. New Zealand should address to grain production with support of exporting into countries without high grain. In order to accomplish this we need labor, lots of labor. Food industry is at very high level here, there a several companies and price is for now very acceptable.
But situation with weapon industry is not at very high level. So future government should invest in national companies which can bring money and gold to the national account. Regarding the resources, the future government should make some efforts in international politics and contact other nations with high regions...for example NZ can contact China and make some benefits in theirs high iron regions, or contact Serbia for stone high regions, or contact USA for high oil regions. The idea is that NZ settle their national companies in some other regions and import this resources into NZ.
Other industries are at very low level. But without large labor structure house, ticket and other industries doesn't have chance to succeed

Military. My suggestion is that NZ should have two national military forces. First consist of experienced players with high damage. And second, consist of new players, which will be the great base for learning and staying in game.

I agree with the military branch idea. I think that when eNZ has more members, we can think about implementing that idea.

The military branch idea was also used in Seal Team 6. The low strength forces, and I think people who were new to ST6, were called "Baby Seals". I'm not entirely sure how the work was done, if the Baby Seals were used for normal operations while the main force was saved for big fights, or what. There are some ex-leaders of ST6 in eNZ, including Wpack, that could provide more info, I'm sure. That is, if they are willing to.
Rather than a branch of the military, perhaps try something new: a Peoples Militia?
The idea would be that every citizen who is not in the Army should be in the Militia. It would have a looser command structure than the regular military, sponsor training programs, and be funded by donations from parties, individuals, companies, etc. Maybe attach some training/zero-skill job hub kinda companies to it.
I wrote an article suggesting this, but need to re-write it more clearly with less jargon. Am thinking it might be a way to unite people across partisan and historical divides. Maybe this would provide another kind of social "node" to hold eNZ together in case of threats.
Something like the Irish Citizen Army, I guess.
PQ, if you read my article announcing my candidacy, I detail a similar sort of militia that is self-sufficient and self-governed, but works for the interests of eNZ.
You could copy the TUP (british party) idea of basically having a food commune, where new players get given free food every day in exchange for working in a Q1 food company owned by the party, at minimum wage. They get more food than they make, subsidised by having a few high ranking players getting a slightly reduced wage working in the same company, and by asking people who have been helped to help out in the future for a week or two.
