Dear kekes,

Our plans for the resource wars have changed. Our trust has been betrayed by a neighboring country despite having initiated contact, so we will not be able to have deer. Since we already have saltpeter, we will go for oil and aluminum instead.

As a result of this we will have 25% + 20% + 15% = 60% regional weapons bonus in Southern Cyprus. With the country effect as well, this makes our weapons bonus at least 120%.

As for food bonuses... That will be much more interesting 😉 😉 But it's not an issue for today.
